A B&B with character and all modern conveniences. Located in a historic village, close to the river Rance with wonderful walks on the towpath and the 13th century town of DINAN (only 3 km away).
Near St Malo, Mont St MIchel and 20 mn from Dinard airport, Ryanair flies every day.
The B&B has its own courtyard, private garden, terrace for BBQ.
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen - shower room - toilets - living room - sitting room.
On the second floor: the first bedroom is a double - the second has twin beds - also possibility to provide a bed for a child.
All the rooms has been carefully decorated, everything is new.
