Charming fully renovated flat, completely independent, in an old Breton farmhouse located 2km from the town center, the fishing port, the beaches and the spa and shops.
Private parking for 1 car, terrace overlooking the garden.
1 main room with 1 double bed, 1 table with 2 armchairs, TV + DVD player
+ 1 bathroom with 1 Italian shower with jets, 1 sink and a dressing room
+1 fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge)

- Possibility of cleaning on departure: 40 euros (on request on the day of arrival)
