The apartment is immaculate and clean. The pool is nice. The photos match perfectly. Very close to the sea and shops .. By cons the apartment is suitable for 3 people but not 4 people although there is a bed for 4 (a large bed that sinks half in the wall to store and a bunk bed) but the apartment is very small (I value between 14 and 15m ²) and we come up against the bed and the table. Too bad also that television "beugue " almost all the time, so impossible to follow a film.

In night function, the table must be folded against the wall which frees up space to circulate. In principle, meals are taken on the loggia which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
When the TV this one works very well, but the fact of moving it on the trolley has deboned the scart socket which has engendered this beug.
En fonction nuit, la table doit être rabattue contre le mur ce qui libère de la place pour circuler. En principe, les repas sont pris sur la loggia qui est équipe d'une table et 4 chaises.
Quand à la Télévision celle ci fonctionne très bien, mais le fait de déplacer celle ci sur la table roulante a fait déboiter la prise péritel ce qui a engendrer ce beug.

Housing well located near the beaches and not too far from the shops.
Very welcoming owner.
Good choice.
Apartment consistent with the announcement and very clean. Well exposed and very well located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Shops at the bottom of the building.
Air conditioning is very valuable and the garage allowed us thanks to its size it to store more 3 bikes we rented.
Having enjoyed our stay in this lovely city of La Grande Motte, it is with pleasure that we relouerons this apartment.

Western exposure can enjoy the loggia equipped with a blind sun protection.
The owners are very welcoming people and trust. The explanations given on our arrival were clear to enable us to enjoy our week rental in La Grande Motte.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy the sun and sea in ideal accommodation conditions.
