great view from the balcony overlooking the pool, garden, mountain and especially the beach not overlooked. A residence with direct access to the beach without crossing a road is a real plus for families with children.
The apartment is spacious with a nice terrace for dining overlooking the sea. You can even sunbathe on the sun beds on the balcony.
We'll be back by next year because we already miss Dénia ...
We are ready to go back and we recommend this property.
An air conditioning option would be welcome.
Apartment consistent with the description, very clean. The terrace is facing west overlooking the sea.
The residence is very beautiful, the beautiful pool. There in the apartment everything needed for cooking and a brochure presenting the activities to do nearby.

The place is quiet winter and well placed for exploring the surrounding area.
The concierge and the owners are very helpful and effective in managing any problems.
Moreover, the view from the terrace is beautiful and well maintained park.
We took advantage of direct access to the beach, very safe beach with children (descending gently into the Mediterranean).
Denia and its surroundings are a human scale. We spent two very pleasant weeks with our children and it would have stayed more!
