Bright 2-room apartment in a former palace hotel, 65 boulevard de la Croisette, close to the hotels Carlton & Martinez. It is spacious, quiet, comfortably fitted out for 2 to 4 people. For business trips, we recommend it for 2 people.

The building has a front desk open 24/7 with a concierge service, 2 elevators, cctv for security, and a garage (to be booked).
Beaches on foot, restaurants, shopping, groceries all around, supermarket at 0,3 mile. Bus and taxis are in front.

The building faces the sea but our apartment does not have a seaview. It will please guests looking for a calm environment as you don't hear the cars driving on La Croisette or noises from the beaches, even when the french windows are fully open. The general atmosphere is very cool, everything has been arranged for our guests to feel at home. The apartment was decorated in a romantic Provence style. Silent air-conditioning in each room with remote controls, and central heating in winter.
