Located in a very quiet area, the residence is surrounded by a park of 5000 meters.
The apartment is close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. The apartment has air conditioning; private parking space; safe; LCD TV; electric cooker with ceramic glass tops so there is no gas in the apartment; veranda and outdoor patios equipped with another table and chairs;
The price quoted is for 7 days including all services (water, electricity and final cleaning and parking)
The only service not included is linen and towels

Great Sardinian setting: great location, friendly owners and their willingness to 4-legged friends. The apartment is clean and the property park available to guests is spectacular. I highly recommend.

We had a great time in this residence that is very practical because of its proximity to the town and the beach. Above is a good base for visiting the Costa Smeralda. The owners are very friendly and efficient and the structure and 'very well kept and organized.
Siamo stati benissimo in questo residence che è molto pratico per la sua vicinanza al paese e la spiaggia.
Oltretutto è una buona base per visitare la Costa Smeralda.

Property, including the appliances, exceeding expectations. Owners always available to the demands of the tenants. The price, given the quality of the residence and furnishings, lower than expected. Definitely we are back and will recommend as a destination for your next holiday.
Immobile, comprensivo delle pertinenze, superiore alle aspettative. Proprietari sempre disponibili alle richieste degli inquilini. Il prezzo, considerata la qualità della residence e degli arredi, inferiore alle attese. Sicuramente ritorneremo e consiglieremo come meta per le prossime vacanze.

L'appartamento è molto bello e tenuto in eccellenti condizioni ed il residence è immerso in un grande giardino molto ben curato, si trova in ottima posizione (vicino sia al centro che al mare) ed in una zona silenziosa.
I proprietari Mauro e Valentina sono molto disponibili e, conoscendo molto bene la zona, sono sempre disponibili a fornire consigli utili.
