Duplex in a private residence with a garden separated from the cliffs by a large meadow. Quiet location, 1 km from the centre of Wimereux. Easy access to walking paths along the Côte d'Opale (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yow-CMvtnF0) and a good starting point for walks in the countryside.

- Access by steps and a wooden platform.

- Entry hall with toilet and cloakroom.

- Large sitting room with a nice coffee table, several chairs, a (convertible) sofa, a TV/video recorder, an extendable dining room table, 6 chairs and 2 cabinets. WiFi upon request.

- Fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of shelves for storage.

- Two terraces extend the sitting room, one of 17 sqm with sea view and the other of 35 sqm facing south. Both are furnished with tables and chairs; deckchairs and sunshades are also available and in season flower and herb pots brighten up the space. The terraces are safe for small children's games.

- 3 bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a basin.

- A bathroom with bath/shower, basin, toilet, washing machine, electric dryer.

- Outside: a covered parking space as well as an open air one, and storage place for bicycles and buggies. A large communal garden surrounds the properties and is perfect for children's games: balls, kites, skates, scooters, bicycles...

- Close to a small supermarket and a chemist's.
