The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a 5-burner gas hob with electric oven, an integrated hood, a large American fridge-freezer (2 doors and 2 freezer drawers) + one additional refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, blender, mixer, electric whisk, toaster, electric kettle and many cutlery.

All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and additional furniture, such as bedside tables, desks, chest of drawers and quality armchairs. They have direct access to the outside through large glass doors.

The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, large sink and work plan.

The Bastide d'Amblise is a luxury property located on 1 hectare of land with a large swimming pool of 14 x 7 m. The well maintained garden is fully fenced. Here you also have an integrated covered terrace with dining table and a large Weber gas grill. The pool has two alarms for the safety of young children.

A rental agreement is established with a 30% advance payment payable on booking. 8 weeks before arrival, the balance of 70% plus the security deposit (1500 €) is to be paid. This will be refunded after the successful final inspection of the property, no later than 7 days after departure.

The final mandatory cleaning fee is paid on arrival and is 225 €. Intermediate cleaning exclusively of the house, bed linen and bath towels (not to use at the swimming pool) are included in the price of the rental.
