it is not convenient to access (stairs everywhere to access it.)
Apart from access, the view is exceptional (view of the port of Le Palais) very lively. a bit noisy with the arrival of the ferries every hour but which give a fabulous show.
The view of the harbor is pleasant. Even if it is located in the north, the apartment is very bright and certainly well insulated, because it was not cold at all in autumn. We just turned on the heating a little bit at the start of our stay, as it was cool and hadn't been occupied for a while.
We received a warm welcome from the owner who satisfied us as well as the not too high price of the rental for a week.

Located opposite the entrance to the palace port, you can easily arrive by boat and drop off your luggage directly. The view is remarkable, you can admire the boats. Near the market and shops too.
The apartment is bright, comfortable bedding and it is very well equipped and decorated.
We had a nice stay in beautiful island!
