It is in a very quiet private residence, 700m from the beach and 1km from the center of Dolus d'Oléron (market, fishmonger, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors...). The nearby bike paths allow you to reach the sea in less than 3 minutes.

• Large separate kitchen fully equipped with a storeroom: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, sodastream, kettle, etc.
• Living room with sofa bed, ipod / iphone station and 49 "flat screen TV (freebox or satellite TV), Ps3 playstation with twenty video games.
