Totally independent self-catering accommodation, with direct access to the large garden: On the ground floor of a large house with character, in a large garden of 6000m2. South-south-south-west facing.
2 rooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
Renovated in 2014, new and quality equipment and bedding. Careful decoration.
EQUIPEMENT:
Living room, lounge, kitchenette: equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 2 electric fires, television (DTT).
In the living room, table and chairs, sofa for 2 people.
Bedroom: a double bed, and 2 single beds stacked one on top of the other, usable if necessary, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table.
Next to the house, access to the washing machine and dryer.
In the park: Garden furniture (table and chairs), sunbathing, barbecue, table tennis table.
All the equipment is new and of high quality. Careful decoration.
Baby supplies available free of charge upon request.

I had warned that we had a dog but the owner didn't say he had one. Upon arriving our dog started barking and his dog came and jumped on the car barking and scratched the car.
For the next new tenants, it would be good if he attached his dog as he did when leaving the gîte. And then he unties it.
He told me that I looked upset but there is reason. He told me that I didn't like his dog and that he was fine with ours. That wasn't the problem. He even gave me the choice to leave right away.
So when we left, we drove the car to the porch area that the owner's dog was not going. and when we arrived the same.
Otherwise, nothing to say about the accommodation.
I don't think we can enjoy the park even without a dog (I was unbalanced when the dog took my leg, he did the same to my friend) .. Upstairs lives the owner. We hear walking and barking his dog at night
We were not introduced to the washing machine or the dryer and table tennis table, barbecue.
It was a shame this entry, the exit waspassed better. I collected myself and tried to be smiling with him. There is more serious.?. Him, the owner is not unpleasant however.

My dog, in question, is a Golden retriever, nice as anything, and who only wants to play.
When Mrs. T. and her companion arrived, my dog actually jumped on the car once, hearing their own dog barking, for which I apologized. The car was dirty and afterwards did not show signs of scratches, which I checked twice.
The fact that I authorized Mrs. T. and her companion to stay with their dog does not prevent me, to my knowledge, from owning one myself!
Mrs. T. was visibly upset, and I left her the choice several times to take the gite or not (no deposit had been paid and she would therefore have lost nothing): She made the choice to stay.
I indicated to Mrs. and Mrs. that they could take advantage of the park, I indicated to them the existence of the laundry with washing machine and dryer, which moreover was at the place where they parked their vehicle, with the words "laundry" on the door...
as for the ping pong table and the barbecue, it would have been enough, if necessary to ask!
Finally, I'm not sleepingnot on the floor of the house and my dog does not fit in the house ...
As she says herself, Madame afterwards "recovered" and "tried to be smiling". The end of the stay, of 3 nights, went better, Mr. and Mrs. left the cottage clean when they left.

Mon chien , dont il est question , est un Golden retriever, gentil comme tout , et qui ne cherche qu'à jouer.
A l'arrivée de Mme T. et de son compagnon, mon chien a effectivement sauté une fois sur la voiture, en entendant leur propre chien aboyer, ce dont je me suis excusé. La voiture était salie et, par la suite, ne présentait pas de traces de rayures, ce que j'ai vérifié à 2 reprises.
Le fait que j'ai autorisé Mme T.et son compagnon à séjourner avec leur chien , ne m'interdit pas , à ma connaissance, d'en posséder un moi- même !
Mme T. était visiblement contrariée, et je lui ai laissé à plusieurs reprises le choix de prendre le gite ou pas ( aucun acompte n'avait été versé et elle n'aurait donc rien perdu): Elle a fait le choix de rester.
J'ai indiqué à madame et Monsieur qu'ils pouvaient profiter du parc , je leur ai indiqué l'existence de la laverie avec lave -linge et sèche linge, qui par ailleurs se trouvait à l'endroit ou ils garaient leur véhicule , avec la mention " laverie" figurant sur la porte ...
pour ce qui concerne la table de ping pong et le barbecue, il aurait suffit, en cas de besoin de demander!
Enfin , je ne dort pas à l'étage de la maison et mon chien ne rentre pas dans la maison ...
Comme elle l'indique elle même, Madame par la suite, s'est " reprise" et a "essayé d'être souriante". La fin du séjour, de 3 nuits, s'est mieux déroulée, Monsieur et madame ont laissé le gite propre à leur départ.

My wife and I are very happy with the welcome given and the kindness shown to us. The very well-equipped accommodation, with good bedding and clean sanitary facilities, consists of an old family home, located in a place full of calm and serenity, without however being isolated, and surrounded by large green spaces. trees. Starting point for our travels, we traveled and visited the coast from Saint Brieuc to Saint Malo and Cancale and appreciated the beauty of the sites available to us, taking full advantage, in mild and pleasant weather, of the products of the sea. : mussels, oysters and scallops!
It is true that we enjoyed our stay and would like to tell all nature lovers that, without a doubt, their happiness is in PLEVENON at Monsieur Olivier!

The cottage is in a large park. We were able to fully enjoy it (sun loungers - tables to eat).
In the village very good pastry bakery, a very good butcher-butcher.
The beautiful beach is 1 km away.
The area is superb (Cape Frehel - wild coast etc ...) and during our stay it was very beautiful
Very nice and comfortable cottage, with a beautiful garden.
The calm of this place and this small village only make the stay perfect.
The beautiful coastline just 2km away is the icing on the cake.
Thank you to the owner to do what is necessary to make the stay in his cottage very pleasant.
The layout is functional and basic but sufficient. Ideal for one or two people.

The reception is very warm and the owner does everything to satisfy his tenants.
In terms of refueling there are the main shops within walking distance and a shopping center a few kilometers away.
Few cars to do also for walks along the coast or in the vicinity.
