-2private parking spaces in a closed car park you can open by remote control("bip").-Recently equiped 2 bedroomed flat on the 2nd floor with lift.-To unload your luggage,you can run with your car at the foot of the lift.-Hallway(with large cupboard,Tibetan sideboard)leading to the living room through a double door.-The living gives out onto the balcony and is furnished in the Far East Style.-The self contained kitchen gives also out onto the balcony(ceramic hob,fridge-freezer,little Hoover,3 kitchen cupboards and 1 dresser with electric coffee grinder,kettle,beater, a complete set of tableware for 10 people and a great number of multipurpose kitchen utensils).-Corridor(vacuum cleaner "Miele") leads off to the separated toilet and bathroom and the 2 bedrooms.-Mauve bedroom gives out onto the balcony,has a large wardrobe and 2 very recent beds(90cmX200cm)(spring mattress Connemara multispire 400).-Yellow bedroom has large wardrobe too and 2 very recent beds (90cmX200cm) (spring mattress Galway Epeda multispire 660).-Balcony has 1 table,4 garden chairs and 2 canvas chairs.What makes this flat so pleasant to live in is the fact that when the weather is very hot,as it faces due west, you can keep coolness in it and enjoy the sun in the afternoon on the balcony.

All the rooms overlook the port of Port Ariane which shelters many small pleasure boats. There is a connecting little channel between the Port and an ornamental lake.
There is a great choice of restaurants and shops all around the Port and church and theater are not far from here.
Port Ariane is located at 2 Km from the motorway A9 and you can drive very fast in all directions to visit the places of interest for tourists.
You can go southwards and meet the great sandy beaches at 5 Km or so.
Furthermore,music lovers can attend a great number of festivals in the region and in Montpellier.
