View of the tip of the beach from the French windows, access to the beach known as the Faubourg at 100 meters.
This fully equipped rental was completely renovated in early 2010, it consists of an entrance overlooking a large living room with a modern kitchen equipped and furnished Arthur Bonnet kitchen with granite worktop, a multitude of cupboards, electric induction hob with 2 burners a SEB pressure cooker, toaster, electric coffee maker, microwave oven with grill, electric extractor hood, granite table for meals, bathroom with shower cubicle and tiled and closed toilet.
In the living room there is a TNT color TV with flat screen, a sofa bed of 140cm for 2 people + 1 sofa bed of 140cm on the mezzanine for a second bed for 2 people + 1 bed in a niche 80cm wide for 1 person.
