Cette propriété située à 25 (vrais) mètres de la mer se compose d’une grande terrasse de 80m2 et d’une maison de 60m2, auxquelles s’ajoute une place de parking privatif sécurisée située juste derrière la maison (porte d’entrée privée et indépendante située côté opposé à la mer) ainsi qu’une surface en dalles d’environ 10m2 pour y déposer vos équipements (par exemple vélos, planche à voile ou autres).

Au rez-de-chaussée, une nouvelle cuisine intégrée est ouverte sur une belle et spacieuse salle à manger et sur un salon offrant une large vue mer, donnant directement sur la terrasse au travers d’une très large baie vitrée, permettant ainsi une vraie vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée. Le salon est équipé d'un canapé convertible, d'un TV écran plat. La Wifi pendant la durée de votre séjour est comprise dans le prix. Un premier WC se trouve au RDC.
A l’étage, deux belles chambres avec chacune vue mer indépendante, dont une chambre avec un lit 140 x 190 et un placard et une chambre avec deux lits superposés de 90 et une armoire de rangement. Une salle de bain avec un second WC, une douche d’angle et un lavabo complètent l’étage.
L’ensemble est implanté dans une résidence aux accès totalement sécurisés, incluant une place de parking privative pour une voiture (une place), située juste devant la porte d’entrée principale de la maison, côté grande cour de la résidence.
