Country house completely renovated with open sea view. The house is located 1.5 km. from the port of Rio Marina, on the path of love which leads to the beaches of Luisi D'angelo and Porticciolo. It has a reserved parking place at street level, since the house is accessed via a wide staircase of about 20 steps, so it is not accessible to disabled people. The outdoor area is furnished with sofas, table and chairs for outdoor dining and barbecue. There are also outdoor shower and sink.
From the front garden of the house you can admire a beautiful view of Porticciolo Bay. Inside, a living room with tv, sofa bed, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom: one double, the other with 2 single beds, which can become a double bed. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
