Its location on the Mediterranean hills of Rosignano Marittimo offers a beautiful sea view of the Etruscan Coast and the islands of Capraia, Elba and Corsica.
The property is completely fenced, surrounded by hedges and tall trees, and is an oasis of tranquility in total privacy, with an equipped area for exclusive use of the swimming pool (solarium, umbrellas, sunbeds, gazebo).
The villa consists of two independent apartments. 1st floor, two double bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, each room leads to the large terrace overlooking the sea.
