Nearby, bike path that runs along 15 km of sea. Well served area: shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, amusement parks, tourist attractions. The apartment is located just off the "A14" motorway of Groton and 800 m. from the railway station, the AC is 60m from the railway but is separated from it by an additional building.
