All positive very nice house and impeccable cleanliness ... the wonderful cool place in the middle of the hill but also a 10-minute drive from the beach. Signora Isolina and her very kind daughter welcomed and pampered us throughout the holiday. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this wonderful house from October 1st to October 15th, 2022! The expectations were exceeded, the house is lovingly and equipped with everything and very clean. Christiano and his wife are very, very nice and helpful. Christiano came by several times a week to take care of the pool and to ask if everything was ok. The view from the balcony is a dream, I would book the house again at any time!

Die Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen, das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Christiano und seine Frau sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Christiano kam mehrfach die Woche vorbei um sich um den Pool zu kümmern und zu fragen ob alles OK ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum, ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
Location with fairly difficult access for low vehicles, stones and difficult terrain. The maintenance of the toilets should be reviewed (showers clogged with limestone, leak in a room after a storm). But the rental is still very nice with a magnificent view and a great swimming pool. Have a good stay.
Location avec accès assez difficile pour véhicules bas, cailloux et relief difficile. Il faudrait revoir l'entretien des sanitaires ( douches bouchées par le calcaire, fuite dans une chambre après orage). Mais la location reste pour autant très sympa avec vue magnifique et super piscine. Bon séjour.

We spent 8 days as a family in this little paradise. The dirt road to get there is a little bumpy, but it's worth it when you get there. Calm reigns there and the view is breathtaking. The location is interesting not far from Siena, Arezzo, Florence (Bucine station 25 minutes away makes it easy to get there). Pretty little villages are to be discovered by mountain bike for the bravest starting directly from Monte di Rota. In short, a marvel...
Nous avons passé 8 jours en famille dans ce petit paradis. Le chemin de terre pour y accéder secoue un peu, mais cela en vaut la peine quand on arrive. Le calme y règne et la vue est imprenable. La localisation est intéressante non loin de Sienne, Arezzo, Florence (la gare de Bucine à 25mn permet de s'y rendre facilement). De jolis petits villages sont à découvrir en vtt pour les plus courageux en partant directement de Monte di Rota. En bref, une petite merveille...

We stayed at Mr. Christian towards the end of August for a week. Expectations were more than exceeded, in fact it turned out to be much more than a simple holiday home: the garden (with swimming pool), the interior space, the quiet location, the cleanliness and attention to detail pleasantly surprised us. Even the location, on the first hills near Camaiore, make it both quiet because it is surrounded by olive trees, and convenient for reaching the nearby beaches. Even Mr. Cristiano has always been courteous and available to our eventual requests, that is ... PROMOTED WITH FULL VOTES !!!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura del sig. Cristiano verso fine agosto per una settimana. Le aspettative sono state più che superate, infatti si è rivelata molto più che una semplice casa vacanze: il giardino (con piscina), lo spazio interno, la posizione tranquilla, la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso. Anche la posizione, sulle prime colline nei pressi di Camaiore la rendono sia tranquilla perché immersa negli ulivi, sia comoda per raggiungere le spiagge delle vicinanze. Anche Sig. Cristiano è sempre stato cortese e disponibile a nostre eventuali richieste, che dire... PROMOSSA A PIENI VOTI!!!

It is the second year that we choose Cristiano's house to spend the family holidays with children. The house is beautiful and cared for down to the smallest detail. On the lower floor there is also a tavern that opens directly onto the pool, also suitable for children, very convenient for relaxing while the children bathe or for an aperitif by the pool.
È il secondo anno che scegliamo la casa di Cristiano per trascorrere le vacanze in famiglia con bambini. La casa è bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Al piano inferiore è presente anche una taverna che da direttamente sulla piscina, adatta anche ai più piccoli, molto comoda per rilassarsi mentre i bambini fanno il bagno o per un aperitivo a bordo piscina.
The house is just gorgeous! It surpassed the pictures! All in all perfect! So clean, lovingly furnished and decorated. The bedrooms are a dream, very good beds, everything is of a very high quality! And Cristiano is very helpful and always available. A perfect vacation! Great terrace for taking meals, everything you need, really thought of everything! We'll definitely be back!

Ein perfekter Urlaub! Tolle Terrasse zum Einnehmen der Mahlzeiten, alles vorhanden, was man braucht , wirklich an alles gedacht! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Questo agriturismo ha tutto il necessario per garantire una vacanza di puro relax. L’appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato è La scala. Il proprietario Enrico è stato veramente gentilissimo ed un tutto fare! La sua collaboratrice Rossella sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Siamo state veramente bene e gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con qualsiasi cosa necessaria; ci siamo proprio sentite a casa. Il panorama indescrivibile.

The house is one of the nicest vacation homes we've ever had. It is really equipped with everything you could possibly need, the decor is very loving, everything is very clean and well thought out. The open fireplace brought us wonderfully through the first rainy days. The house is beautifully located in the mountains of olive groves (Almost) secluded location, but you can still quickly reach the sea or go hiking in the higher mountains. We spent our holiday there with two children, but the house is so big that you can easily go on holiday as a large family or group without getting on your nerves
The landlord Cristiano is very, very friendly and helpful-thank you for letting us spend our vacation in your house during these strange times
Das Haus ist eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je hatten.
Es ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man auch nur brauchen könnte, die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll,alles ist sehr sauber und durchdacht.Der offene Kamin hat uns wunderbar über die ersten verregneten Tage gebracht.Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen von Olivenhainen umgeben in (Fast) Alleinlage,man ist aber trotzdem schnell am Meer oder zum wandern in den höheren Bergen.
Wir haben den Urlaub dort mit zwei Kindern verbracht, das Haus ist allerdings so groß, dass man problemlos als große Familie oder Gruppe dort Urlaub machen kann,ohne sich auf die Nerven zu gehen
Der Vermieter Cristiano ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit-Danke dass wir unseren Urlaub in diesen seltsamen Zeiten in deinem Haus verbringen durften

The beautiful lawn and very spacious and well maintained by Cristiano who has always helpful and kind. The shops and the supermarket were very close and well supplied. I can't wait to go back:) "

Il letto, il divano e le sdraio erano comodissime. Le stanze erano bellissime e arredate di tutto il necessario. Tutto funzionale e bellissimo. La veranda era comodissima e si stava da sogno. La piscina era magnificamente stupenda come tutta la villa. Il prato stupendo e molto spazioso e ben tenuto da Cristiano che è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile. I negozi e il supermercato erano molto vicini e ben forniti. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci :)"
The house, despite being a studio apartment, had everything you need. The location is stunning, with spectacular views, between the sea and the countryside. Excellent value for money. If it weren't for the distance from the sea (about 20 minutes) it would be the ideal holiday home.
La casa, pur essendo un monolocale, aveva tutto il necessario. La posizione è stupenda, con una vista spettacolare, tra mare e campagna. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Se non fosse per la distanza dal mare (20 minuti circa) sarebbe la casa vacanza ideale.
