The location is absolutely perfect 20 steps from the beach. The owner, Luigi, is an exquisite and always present and available person. The apartment is comfortable and well-stocked. It was truly a perfect vacation.
La location è assolutamente perfetta a 20 passi dalla spiaggia. Il proprietario, Luigi, è una persona squisita e sempre presente e disponibile. L'appartamento è comodo e ben fornito. È stata veramente una vacanza perfetta.
Owners very kind and extremely available. The apartment is on the beach. Spectacular and peaceful area. It makes you forgive the little street that is not really comfortable. Great for a holiday for those who love the sea and beaches that are not too crowded.
Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. L'appartamento è sulla spiaggia. Zona spettacolare e tranquilla. Si fa perdonare la stradina non proprio comodissima. Ottimo per una vacanza per chi ama il mare e le spiagge non troppo affollate.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, Nisportino is the place to stay. Far from chaos and frenzy. Luigi, the owner from the house is a very nice person, the welcome was great. Location immersed in nature in a wonderful location, with views from the wonderful terrace. The house, very clean, well-structured, comfortable for our needs, is just a few meters from the beautiful beach of Nisportino, wild and clean. I can not find any negative aspects .... For all those who love TRUE RELAX is highly recommended. We will definitely be back. Martha and Remigio.

Luigi, il proprietario dalla casa è una persona gentilissima, l'accoglienza è stata ottima.
Location immersa nella natura in una splendida posizione, con vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa.
La casa, molto pulita, strutturata molto bene, comoda per le nostre esigenze, è a pochi metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Nisportino, selvaggia e pulitissima.
Non riesco a trovare nessun aspetto negativo....
Per tutti quelli che amano il VERO RELAX è altamente raccomandata.
Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Everything perfect as our desires, from cleaning to the comfort and hospitality from the owner. The location of the pearl is the Wild Beach nestled in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
Tutto perfetto come nei nostri desideri, dalla pulizia al comfort e all'accoglienza da parte del proprietario.
La perla della location è la Spiaggia Selvaggia immersa nel parco Nazionale dell'Arcipelago Toscano.
We've probably rented the apartment more 'spectacular throughout. direct view of the bay, private access, very few steps. at the beach. Louis is right, this and 'the same Elba 30 years ago. The apartment 'practically new, clean and very functional. On the back there is' a wonderful pergola of jasmine. The bar and restaurant downstairs and 'very nice, the food excellent, the chef even gives you the opportunity' to experience outside of the usual fried (to be recommended, in my opinion, the tuna steak with poppy seeds and coconut shrimp with breading ). The bay 'a continuous enchantment and position favoreggia good climate even when the rest of Italy is rampant bad weather. Luigi and his family have Elbani Doc and his friends formed a wonderful group, everyone always super cozy, friendly and ready to go. We also had the good fortune of a very nice neighborhood and patient with us and our two earthquakes of 3 years. Only room for improvement: the terrace behind the shed could be disguised a bit 'not to spoil the beautiful view; the outlet of the hood of the restaurant couldIt is redirected slightly to prevent odors to arrive on the terrace; the municipality may give a wipe to the beach from time to time, as the sea moved the sometimes covers for 'seaweed goal. Abbiamo affittato probabilmente l'appartamento più' spettacolare di tutta la struttura. Vista diretta sulla baia, accesso privato, di pochissimi passi. alla spiaggia. Luigi ha ragione, questa e' la stessa Elba di 30 anni fa. L'appartamento e' praticamente nuovo, pulitissimo e molto funzionale. Sul retro c'è' un meraviglioso pergolato di gelsomini. Il bar ristorante sotto e' molto bello, la cucina eccellente, lo chef ti da persino la possibilità' di sperimentare al di fuori della solita frittura (da raccomandare, secondo me, la tagliata di tonno ai semi di papavero e i gamberi con panatura al cocco). La baia e' un continuo incanto e la posizione favoreggia il buon clima anche quando nel resto d'Italia imperversa il maltempo. Luigi e la sua famiglia sono Elbani doc e con i suoi amici formano un bellissimo gruppo, tutti sempre super accoglienti, amichevoli e pronti alla battuta. Abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di un vicinato estremamente gentile e paziente con noi e i nostri due terremoti di 3 anni. Unici margini di miglioramento: la tettoia a ridosso della terrazza potrebbe essere camuffata un po' per non rovinare la splendida vista; lo sbocco della cappa del ristorante potrebbe essere ridirezionato leggermente per impedire agli odori di arrivare in terrazza; il comune potrebbe dare una pulitina alla spiaggia di tanto tanto, visto che il mare mosso la ricopre talvolta per meta' di alghe. Nonostante ciò' per noi e' stata la vacanza ideale: i gemelli si sono divertiti da matti, noi non abbiamo mai avuto il pensiero di una macchina che attraversasse la strada o di pericoli imminenti. Quando uno dei due scappava in spiaggia (perché si', ogni tanto fanno a che questo, con buona pace delle nostre coronarie), Luigi prontamente lo individuava e ci faceva sapere o addirittura ce lo riportava. La cosa straordinaria di questa situazione e' che il mare te lo ritrovi praticamente in casa: ti addormenti con la musica delle onde, esci in terrazza e ti investe quella brezzolina leggera di maestrale, fai colazione perdendoti nelle sfumature del blu e del verde della baia, etc etc. Devi attivamente scegliere di non andare al mare per evitarlo: prendere la macchina e risalire i monti nelle tortuose stradine del parco naturale. Altrimenti prima che te ne accorga hai già appoggiato il piede su una sabbia selvaggia, e l'acqua e' li', attraente e sempre diversa, con la spiaggia di cocci bianchi e sassolini colorati a farle da cornice.
Owner friendly and very helpful. House clean, tidy and comfortable. Restaurant near but not disruptive (indeed, take this opportunity, it's worth it). Beautiful beach, everything!

House 10 meters from the beach, quite cool with a terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parking and beach umbrella, chairs and bed included in the price, a really nice and comfortable holiday.
Casa a 10 metri dalla spiaggia, abbastanza fresca con terrazza sul mare dove si può fare colazione, pranzo e cena. Parcheggio interno e ombrellone, sdraio e lettino compreso nel prezzo, davvero una bella e comoda vacanza.
Peace, tranquility, serenity. Enchanted place where you forget the passing of the days sun, incredible colors of the sea, a thousand fish, fantastic sunsets. Apartment clean, well furnished, well stocked; with our superb sea view. Luigi and Simona kind and helpful to hundreds of suggestions ... What about 10 holidays and praise !!! We will be back. Of note is the excellent cuisine of the restaurant near. Who did not want to cook !!! Great seafood and pizzas in a wood oven. Competent staff.

Very quiet. Accommodating staff. House practically on the beach. The owner Luigi is a very helpful and puts you at ease. It 'been a good week. The only flaw, and that you have to have the car and otherwise difficult to move around ... but otherwise it's all very nice !!!!!
Posto molto tranquillo. Accoglienza ottima. Casa praticamente sulla spiaggia. Il proprietario Luigi è una persona molto disponibile e ti mette a tuo agio. E' stata una bella settimana. L'unica pecca e che bisogna avere la macchina altrimenti e difficile muoversi... ma per il resto è tutto molto bello!!!!!
