This apartment was our corner of paradise during our stay. Everything is there, nothing is missing, you will feel at home. The view from the terrace will allow you to escape, the location of this property is really good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, you can walk around without problem. Cet appartement a été notre coin de Paradis le temps de notre séjour. Tout y est, il ne manque rien, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous.
La vue de la terrasse vous permettra de vous évader, la situation de ce bien est vraiment bonne, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, vous pouvez vous déplacer à pieds sans problème.

Ideal location... apartment ok except for a steep staircase to get there. Would have preferred an electric plancha rather than an oven and a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived
Lieu idéal... appart ok si ce n'est un escalier un peu raide pour y accéder. Aurions préféré une plancha électrique plutôt qu'un four et une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à notre arrivée

Just perfect! We had a lovely vacation. This apartment is very well located, walk 1 minute to reach the beach of Anse à L'Ane, it's great. Everything is there, the apartment is very well equipped, it feels good, and the terrace is really a plus for having breakfast and dinner. We will keep Ms. V.'s contact details carefully for future vacations.

Nous avons passés d'agréables vacances. Cet appartement est très bien situé, marcher 1 mn pour arriver sur la plage de l' Anse à L'Ane, c'est super. Tout y est, l'appartement est très bien équipé, on s'y sent bien, et la terrasse est vraiment un plus pour y prendre son petit déjeuner et y dîner.

A very nice apartment, well located (100 meters from the beach), very well equipped. You can stay there alone or with two or three or four! We liked the 2 air conditioners, the terrace, ... and also the home! A big thank-you.

We had a great week's holiday at Sonia's apartment. We were two adults and stayed 7 nights. We were first welcomed very warmly upon our arrival in Martinique: a perfectly detailed plan sent in advance allowed us to join the rental without worry. We were even offered to pick us up at the airport but as we knew a little about the island and thanks to the plan we did not need to be expected at the airport. Perfect home despite our late arrival, very understanding person! Everything was planned at the apartment to make a ti punch as soon as we arrived, very much appreciated attention to start the holidays especially after 9 hours of flight! Perfect apartment as on the description. Cleanliness of the accommodation excellent. Amenities and perfect location! Everything is available in the accommodation to live at ease during a stay in Martinique. The apartment is actually 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful coves on the island! Quiet and moderately animated, we loved spending the mornings at Anse à l'an, almost alone in the turquoise water and at the same time being able to have a drinkand eat at the lively restaurant for lunch and dinner without having to go on the road! Ideal location, no worries to park (it was my fear before choosing the rental, I was afraid of not knowing how to park my rental car quietly.) Finally, plenty of room, quiet street, residential area very quiet !) The terrace is a real plus: we had all our breakfasts in the company of charming birds of the country, very colorful and very pleasant song. Very few mosquitoes, aperitifs were also pleasant at night! In the apartment, air conditioning + ceiling fan are very nice when it is very hot. Sonia or the person she mandated to do the entrances and exits are very pleasant, accommodating and totally available if needed (we had excellent advice for a boat trip, it was magic!) I recommend ++++++ this rental and I am sure to go back to the rentals of Sonia the day we go back to Martinique!
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à l'appartement de Sonia. Nous étions deux adultes et avons séjourné 7 nuits.
Nous avons tout d'abord été accueillis très chaleureusement à notre arrivée en Martinique: un plan parfaitement détaillé envoyé à l'avance nous a permis de rejoindre la location sans souci. On nous avait même proposé de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport mais comme nous connaissions un peu l'ile et grâce au plan nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'être attendus à l'aéroport. Accueil parfait malgré notre arrivée tardive, personne très compréhensive! Tout était prévu à l'appartement pour se faire un ti punch dès notre arrivée, attention très très appréciable pour bien démarrer les vacances surtout après 9h de vol!
Appartement parfait comme sur la description. Propreté du logement excellente. Aménagements et situation parfaite! Tout est disponible dans le logement pour vivre à son aise pendant un séjour en Martinique. L'appartement se situe réellement à 2minutes à pied d'une des plus belles anses de l'île! Calme et modérément animée, nous avons adoré passer des matinées à lAnse à l'ane, presque seuls dans l'eau turquoise et à la fois pouvoir boire un verre et manger au restaurant animé midi et soir sans devoir faire de la route!
Emplacement idéal , aucun souci pour se garer (c'était pourtant ma crainte avant de choisir la location, j'avais peur de ne pas savoir garer ma voiture de location au calme. Finalement, plein de place, rue calme, quartier résidentiel très calme!)
La terrasse est un vrai plus : nous avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners en compagnie de charmants oiseaux du pays, très colorés et au chant très agréable. Très peu de moustiques, les apéros étaient eux aussi agréables le soir! Dans l'appartement, clim + ventilateur de plafond sont très appréciables lorsqu'il fait très chaud.
Sonia ou la personne qu'elle mandate pour faire les entrées et sorties sont des personnes très agréables, arrangeantes et totalement disponibles si besoin (nous avons eu un excellent conseil pour une sortie en bateau, c'était magique!)
Je recommande ++++++ cette location et je suis certaine de repasser par les locations de Sonia le jour où nous retournerons en Martinique!
Very nice location 2 minutes from the beautiful and very quiet beach of Anse à l'Âne. Shops nearby. And a very friendly welcome by Melanie and a warm telephone contact from Mrs. V., who knew how to make our stay unforgettable. All the comforts in this apartment, well equipped with crockery. A large terrace for breakfast in the morning, greeted by small birds. A very functional bathroom with washing machine. Large room with very good bedding. All you need for a great holiday. Très belle location à 2 min de la jolie plage très tranquille de l'Anse à l’Âne. Des commerces à proximité. Et un accueil très sympathique par Mélanie et un chaleureux contact téléphonique de Mme V., qui ont su rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
Tout le confort dans cet appartement, bien équipé en vaisselle. Une grande terrasse pour déjeuner le matin, accueillis par les petits oiseaux. Une salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec machine à laver. Grande chambre avec très bonne literie.
Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellentes vacances. A recommander sans hésiter à de futurs vacanciers.
Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette location.

We had a wonderful week in this rental. Ideal exposure near the sea. The rental was as described at the time of signing the contract. The bedding of high quality, all the comfort and the equipment to cook in large quantity and quality, a bathroom very functional and well decorated with taste (as the whole apartment): in short I can only recommend this rental to future guests for an unforgettable stay. Value for money very appreciated. The kindness and dedication of Melanie when we arrived are a plus to feel quite comfortable in this rental.

Rental consistent with the description well located clean it lacks nothing. Close to the beach small shops shuttles etc .... Hospitable owners very responsive when needed. Just a small suggestion for more friendliness we would have liked (as we have always had in our other vacation rentals) either a pot of arrival or a first breakfast or even a dinner in case of late arrival ... But we Had a great time and will come back with pleasure
Location conforme à la description bien située propre il ne manque rien. Proche de la plage des petits commerces navettes etc.... Propriétaires accueillants très réactifs en cas de besoin. Juste une petite suggestion pour plus de convivialité nous aurions aimé ( comme nous avons toujours eu dans nos autres locations de vacances) soit un pot d'arrivée ou un premier petit déjeuner ou même un dîner en cas d 'arrivée tardive... Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir
Pleasant apartment with superb views over the bay of FDF, ideal for 2 people, not for 4. Quiet and very well located.
By cons, the sofa in the living room should be changed because uncomfortable even to sit. Perfect to spend 3 weeks in peace with a breathtaking view, I think we would not hesitate to rent it again. We come back to Martinique!
It would be nice to add a little more on dishes because limit knives, forks, plates especially for a rental for 4.

We received a very warm welcome from Nicole with a nice basket garnished on our arrival. The apartment is in line with the description and better still when we discover the magnificent view of the bay of Fort de France. It is very well equipped with lots of storage, very clean and bright. We always had a parking space at the foot of the residence. We also enjoyed the calm while being 400 meters walk from the beach. I warmly recommend this rental without any hesitation. Thank you to Nicole for making this trip even more enjoyable.

Nous avons toujours eu une place de parking au pieds de la résidence. Nous avons également apprécié le calme tout en étant à 400 mètres à pieds de la plage.
