Very friendly welcome from the owners, comfortable studio in the heart of the old town, beautiful view of Mont Faron! Ideally placed to discover the charm of the old town, the Cathedral, the market. Access the beaches via the river shuttle or by bus. Very pleasant stay.

The apartment is very close to the beach(2 minutes) and have everything what a couple need(a fully equipped kitchen,bed for two and bathroom with cleaning supplies).
My husband and I had a great time there,we can only recommend.

We were in August 2019 guest. Apart from the great location (2 minutes to the beach) we had everything we needed. To emphasize is the very uncomplicated handling and the loving communication with the landlady. Everything worked well and we would definitely come back!
Wir waren im August 2019 zu Gast. Abgesehen von der tollen Lage (2 Minuten zum Strand) hatten wir alles, was wir benötigten. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung und die liebevolle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
Very well located in relation to the beach, less than 5 minutes, however there is a lot of noise in the street, people do not respect but we are in town. Maybe it lacks air conditioning otherwise it was perfect. There are all the shops and buses next door.
Très bien situé par rapport à la plage, moins de 5mn, par contre il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue, les gens ne respectent pas mais on est en ville. Peut être qu'il manque une climatisation sinon c’était parfait. Il y a tous les commerces et bus à côté.
Highlights: the proximity to the beach and public transport, the cleanliness and brightness of the place, the location of the rental (not too many floors to climb), the kindness of the key concierge who can (for a fee modest) pick you up at the station or escort you.
Weaknesses: the animation of the street on Friday night (difficult to fall asleep!), The two non-integrated electric plates, the little cookware (2 pans only, 1 single stove, no container big enough to cook a lobster, no colander in stainless steel), the bedding is just a sofa bed that unfolds and the mattress is tired, cushions not padded that serve as pillows.
Points forts: la proximité de la plage et des transports en commun, la propreté et la luminosité des lieux , l'emplacement de la location (pas trop d'étages à monter), la gentillesse du concierge de clés qui peut (moyennant une somme modique) venir vous chercher à la gare ou vous raccompagner.
Points faibles: l'animation de la rue le vendredi soir (difficile de s'endormir!), les deux plaques électriques non intégrées, le peu de batterie de cuisine (2 casseroles seulement,1 seule poêle, pas de récipient assez grand pour cuire un homard,pas de passoire en inox),la literie qui n'est qu'un clic-clac que l'on déplie et dont le matelas est bien fatigué,les coussins pas rembourrés qui servent d'oreillers.
Small very functional room, well located, small flat 6th floor, no elevator !!! But given the price of housing is forgotten some drawbacks !!!

Excellent welcome and great availability from Mr. H.. The house is warm, very well equipped, located in the middle of many pine trees and in a quiet area. We were not able to fully enjoy the beautiful garden at Christmas. We've had a nice week.

The accommodation was wonderful: comfortable holiday atmosphere, beautiful view, well-kept rooms and a friendly owner. The apartment had everything we needed. You can sit and eat on the balcony on the sea side and on the terrace on the other wonderful side. The property is surrounded by several pine trees which give off a pleasant scent. From the balcony you can already see some places of the sea and the nearby beaches are easily reachable on foot. Communication with the owner was also very pleasant - the accommodation is highly recommended.
L’hébergement était merveilleux : ambiance de vacances confortable, belle vue, des chambres bien entretenues et un propriétaire sympathique. Dans l’appartement il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Vous pouvez vous asseoir et manger sur le balcon côté mer et sur la terrasse de l’autre côté merveilleux. La propriété est entourée de plusieurs arbres de pins qui dégagent une odeur agréable. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez déjà voir quelques endroits de la mer et les plages à proximité sont facilement accessibles à pied. La communication avec le propriétaire était également très agréable - le logement est fortement recommandé.
Very nice, spacious and immaculate apartment. Nothing to complain about except that we recommend it to anyone wanting to rent in the region. It is a 5-minute walk from Sanary market.

Denis and his wife are very kind, discreet hosts who care about the well-being of their tenants. The rental is sublime, a heavenly place where time stands still. Denis maintains the swimming pool and its accesses every morning before the arrival of the tenants. The surroundings are magnificent with on one side the naturalness and the beauty of the vegetation and on the other the more touristic part. I recommend ++++++. We will come back but this time more than a week because it was much too short.
Denis et sa femme sont des hôtes très gentils, discrets et soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires.
La location est sublime, un endroit paradisiaque où le temps s'arrête. Denis entretient la piscine et ses accès tous les matins avant l'arrivée des locataires.
Les alentours sont magnifiques avec d'un côté le naturel et la beauté de la végétation et de l'autre la partie plus touristique.
