Highly recommended. I can not think more than lip service when it comes to qualify this house. Very quiet, but very close to all shops and leisure centers. It features free WiFi, a detail that is not mentioned in the ad and that allowed my son to play with their consoles smoothly. Very nice, original and functional decoration. Very full kitchen with everything needed to prepare the daily meal without problems. It has a couple of bathrooms, more than enough for us, one with a bathtub where you can knock, however high you are .... If you ask my daughter, surely highlight the enormous living room couch, invites you to sit for a long time after meals. Focus: Breakfast on the terrace surrounded by so much greenery, and with that so nice breeze.
And if the house has an outstanding rating, its owners José Luis and Berthy not fall short, they are really lovely, friendly, very close and a great willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It certainly gives the taste when renting a house, you meet people like that.

No se me ocurren más que buenas palabras a la hora de calificar esta casa. Zona muy tranquila, pero muy cerca de todos los comercios y centros de ocio. Cuenta con conexión WIFI, detalle que no se menciona en el anuncio y que permitió a mi hijo jugar con sus consolas sin problemas. Decoración muy agradable, original y funcional. Cocina muy completa, con todo lo necesario para preparar la comida diaria sin problemas.
Cuenta con un par de baños, para nosotros más que suficiente, uno de ellos con una bañera en la que te puedes tumbar, por muy alta que seas.... Si le preguntamos a mi hija, seguramente destacaría el enorme sofá del salón, que invita a reposar un largo tiempo después de las comidas. Punto fuerte: Desayunar en la terraza rodeada de tanta vegetación, y con esa brisa tan agradable.
Y si la casa tiene una calificación sobresaliente, sus dueños José Luis y Berthy, no se quedan cortos, son realmente encantadores, simpáticos, muy cercanos y con un gran disposición para hacerte la estancia lo más agradable posible.
Sin duda, da gusto cuando al alquilar una casa, encuentras a personas así.

We found the property and the owners to be a very good standard, after trouble with our flight we arrived 6 hours late and had to get the owner out of bed althugh a bit dazed he was extremely helpful. The only complaints we had were minor such as only having 2 sunbeds for a group of 6 people, not having a kettle in the kitchen was a pain. All in all a very good property that could do with some minor tweaks to make it an excellent place to stay.
We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Berthe Ries. The house is spacious, clean and the kids enjoyed the pool every day. The owners are responsive and intervene immediately. In the ad, the wifi is not shown but is available and highly efficient. The house is situated in a very quiet area.
