We stayed for a week in the apartment at the end of July 2022. We had a great time. The house is large and very comfortable (we were with our 4 children). The plants are not brand new. Absolutely strategic position: on foot you arrive in 20 seconds (30 real meters) in the small but very enjoyable beach of the marina of Torre Pali (ideal for relaxing). A 20-minute walk (via the beach) takes you to the famous Maldives of Salento (5 minutes by car). Two notable notes: 1-first of all, the terrace you see in the photo is really comfortable and very pleasant to use (the photos may not do it justice). It is on via Caboto but there are few cars and the context is really relaxing. 2- the outdoor shower is very convenient. Finally, to report the kindness and courtesy of the owners (father and son): I contacted them for some need related to the apartment: they responded immediately and intervened immediately solving the problem. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell'appartamento a fine luglio 2022.
Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è ampia e comodissima (noi eravamo con i nostri 4 bambini).
Gli impianti non nuovissimi. Posizione assolutamente strategica: a piedi si arriva in 20 secondi (30 mt reali) nella piccola ma godibilissima spiaggia della marina di Torre Pali (ideale per rilassarsi). A 20 minuti a piedi (via spiaggia) si arriva alle famose Maldive del Salento (in auto 5 minuti).
Due noti di rilievo:
1-anzitutto il terrazzo che si vede in foto è davvero comodo e gradevolissimo da utilizzare (le foto forse non rendono giustizia). È su via Caboto ma ci sono poche auto ed il contesto è davvero rilassante.
2- molto comoda la doccia esterna.
Infine da segnalare la gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari (padre e figlio): li ho contattati per qualche esigenza legata alla appartamento: hanno risposto immediatamente e sono intervenuti subito risolvendo il problema.
Lo consiglio davvero.

My large family and I stayed for two weeks at this apartment, which proved to be a strategic point to comfortably enjoy the nearby beaches and the beautiful sea of the area, as well as for excursions and visits to the nearby villages and cities of Salento. . Io e la mia numerosa famiglia abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane presso questo appartamento, che si è rivelato un punto strategico per godere comodamente delle vicinissime spiagge e del bel mare della zona, oltre che per fare escursioni e visite nei borghi vicini e nelle città del Salento.
I proprietari sono stati sempre molto cordiali e disponibili, precisi nelle indicazioni e nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Li ringraziamo per la cortesia e l'accoglienza.
We spent two weeks in the middle of August. Large and well laid out apartment with three bedrooms and an additional single bed (with double option) in the living room. Very large living room with 8-seater table. Two internal bathrooms (one with bathtub) + internal loggia with pile for hanging and washing. Further HOT shower also externally. Very useful because returning from the beach I did not even enter the house. Fully equipped kitchen. We almost always cooked and ate at home.

Practically positioned on the street parallel to the beach. My 6-year-old could easily go home alone.
Beach not very big but not very crowded and that's what we were looking for for the always too requested Salento.
The town is small but equipped and served with everything you need.
Very kind and extremely helpful owners.
We are really tempted to return again next year.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane nel cuore di agosto.
Appartamento grande e ben disposto con tre camere da letto e un ulteriore letto singolo (con possibilità doppio) nel soggiorno. Soggiorno molto grande con tavolo a 8 posti. Due bagni interni (uno con vasca) + loggia interna con pila per stendere e lavare. Ulteriore doccia CALDA anche esternamente. Utilissima perché tornando dalla spiaggia non entravo nemmeno in casa.
Cucina completa di tutto. Noi abbiamo cucinato e mangiato quasi sempre in casa.
Patio esterno grande con tavolo 8 posti.
Posizionata praticamente alla via parallela alla spiaggia. La mia bimba di 6 anni poteva tranquillamente andare a casa da sola.
Spiaggia non molto grande ma poco affollata ed è quello che cercavamo per il sempre troppo richiesto Salento.
Il paese è piccolino ma fornito e servito di tutto quello che serve.
Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.
Siamo proprio tentati di ritornare anche l'anno prossimo.
Ottima scelta che rifarei sicuramente e che consiglio a tutti!
I stayed with my family for two weeks in this apartment, a beautiful place and really 2 steps from the sea, away from the bustle of the city, (even if pizza has something to do with it, it is close for evening walks where you can find everything. .. ice cream parlors, restaurants, fishmongers and all that can serve) the apartment is comfortable, clean and with a much larger veranda than the photo makes. The location is also excellent for visiting other beaches, do not miss the Maldives of Salento which are 5 minutes by car, the welcome, the availability and the kindness of the owner then, allowed us to spend 2 wonderful weeks. Thanks for everything Mr. S. and Mr. A. .... I left us a piece of my heart in the wonderful Salento.
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per due settimane in questo appartamento, un posto bellissimo e veramente a 2 passi dal mare, lontano dalla confusione della città, (anche se la pizza c'entra è vicina per le passeggiate serali dove si trova di tutto ... gelaterie, ristoranti, pescheria e tutto quello che può servire) l'appartamento è confortevole, pulito e con una veranda molto piu grande di quanto rende la foto,.
La posizione è ottima anche per visitare altre spiagge, da non perdere le maldive del salento che sono a 5 minuti in auto, l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario poi, ci ha permesso di trascorrere 2 splendide settimane.
Grazie di tutto Sig. S. e Sig. A. .... ci ho lasciato un pezzo di cuore nel meraviglioso Salento.

Comfortable apartment just steps from the beach as indicated by the ad. A holiday full of relaxation. Only flaw: a bit hot apartment, solved in the rooms with air conditioning. I would recommend a fan in the dining-dining area. Small but nice place with all you need (including a butcher's shop and a grocery store that in addition to selling the products cook them to order for takeaway or on-site consumption and various restaurants / pizzerias) within walking distance in two minutes. The sea in the stretch near the apartment has pebbles at the entrance but then it is gorgeous. I recommend it to those who have children and want to rest.
Appartamento confortevole a due passi dalla spiaggia come indicato dall'annuncio. una vacanza all'insegna del totale relax. Unica pecca: appartamento un po' caldo, risolto nelle camere con il climatizzatore. Consiglio un ventilatore nella zona cucina-pranzo. Località piccola ma carina, con tutto il necessario (tra cui una macelleria ed una pescheria che oltre a vendere i prodotti li cucinano su ordinazione per asporto o consumo sul posto e vari ristoranti/pizzerie) raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti. il mare nel tratto vicino all'appartamento presenta ciottoli all'entrata ma poi è splendido. Lo raccomando a chi ha bambini e vuole riposarsi.

Proprietario gentilissimo e premuroso, l'appartamento a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia, la zona circostante è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, l'appartamento è dotato di 2 bagni ed una doccia esterna, molto comoda per chi viene dal mare, una cucina con annesso soggiorno e tre camere da letto molto grandi, inoltre con porticato esterno, molto spazioso e comodo. L'appartamento è consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini...
