The location of the villa is excellent, 200 meters from the sea and very close to the market, bar and restaurant. The villa is spacious and comfortable both inside and outside and complete with everything. Riccardo and his family are very welcoming people and available for every need. Ottima la posizione del villino a 200 mt dal mare e vicinissimo al market, bar e ristorante. La villa è spaziosa e comoda sia all’Interno che all’esterno e completa di tutto. Riccardo e la sua famiglia sono persone molto accoglienti e disponibili per ogni necessità.

Man durfe sogar Bechliege, Stuhl, Sonnenschirm und Co benutzen. Netter Kontakt. Gute Erklärung/ Übergabe vor Ort. Nah am Strand. Ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke Mt allem was man braucht und frisch. Grosser Garten für unsere Kids. Gedeckten Platz und grosser Tisch. Mückengitter waren vorhanden. Wir konnten gern wieder.

On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux comme endroit! Accueil sympathique et Giovanna toujours aux petits soins si besoin! Pieds dans l’eau, jolie plage, appartement grand et très propre, petit resto de plage délicieux. Vraiment un endroit où il fait bon être ;)) On y reviendra ;))))
The house turned out to be above our expectations. Practice both in furnishing and in the arrangement of the various areas. The outdoor area is equipped with a comfortable shower in the garden to cool off and clean off the sand when returning from the beach which is just a 3-minute walk away. The shower in the external service bathroom is also ideal because it avoids bringing sand into the house and is very practical. The garden is well-kept and the side patio, always ventilated even on the hottest days, is nice to live in for outdoor lunches and dinners. The house is equipped with every utensil or tool that could be used. Sheets and towels of impeccable cleanliness available in large quantities in the closets of the house. Riccardo then proved to be a discreet host but prompt in answering questions or requests. The foresight of letting us find water and coffee upon our arrival was also appreciated. As well as cleaning products, chairs and umbrella for the sea etc etc ... Excellent wifi connection which also allowed us to work in smart working. Supermarket next door, stocked even if not exactly cheap. After 3 weeks therefelt like home! Super recommended if you are looking for accommodation in this area. Thanks.
La casa si è rilevata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Pratica sia nell'arredamento che nella disposizione delle varie zone. Lo spazio esterno è fornito di una comoda doccia in giardino per rinfrescarsi e pulirsi dalla sabbia al rientro dalla spiaggia che si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi. La doccia nel bagno di servizio esterno poi è ideale perché evita di portare sabbia all'interno della casa è davvero molto pratica. Il giardino è curato e il patio laterale, sempre ventilato anche nelle giornate più calde, bello da vivere per pranzi e cene all'aperto. La casa é fornita di ogni utensileria o attrezzo che possa servire. Lenzuola e asciugamani di una pulizia impeccabile a disposizione in gran quantità negli armadi della casa.
Riccardo poi si è dimostrato padrone di casa discreto ma sollecito nel rispondere a quesiti o richieste. Anche l'accortezza di averci fatto trovare acqua e caffè al nostro arrivo è stata apprezzata. Nonche prodotti per la pulizia, seggiole e ombrellone per il mare etc etc...
Ottima la connessione wifi che ci ha permesso anche di lavorare in smart working.
Supermarket di fianco, fornito anche se non proprio economico.
Dopo 3 settimane ci sentivamo come a casa! Super consigliata se cercate una sistemazione in questa zona. Grazie.

The house was absolutely 100% of the description and photos of the listing. It is a fairly old, but neatly maintained holiday home. The view is wonderful. To reach the beach on foot, about 280 steps have to be gone. Otherwise one is dependent on a car for all activities. Torre delle Stelle has only a few paved roads, by far the largest part of the road is unpaved. Torre delle Stelle consists of 2 bays. The bay in which the house is located is very quiet. A little more hustle and bustle is in the other bay. At our holiday season in late July / early August, there were only a few mosquitoes. The house has a car garage in the park should also be parked. Das Ferienhaus entsprach absolut zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Fotos des Inserates. Es ist ein recht betagtes, aber ordentlich gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Um Fußläufig den Strand zu erreichen, müssen ca. 280 Treppenstufen gegangen werden. Ansonsten ist man bei allen Unternehmungen auf ein Auto angewiesen. Torre delle Stelle verfügt nur über einige wenige asphaltierte Straßen, der weitaus größte Straßenanteil ist unbefestigt. Torre delle Stelle besteht aus 2 Buchten. Die Bucht in der das Ferienhaus liegt ist sehr ruhig. Ein wenig mehr Trubel ist in der anderen Bucht. Zu unserer Ferienzeit Ende Juli/Anfang August waren nur wenige Mücken da.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Autogarage in der auch geparkt werden sollte. Die Einfahrt in diese bedarf ein wenig Vorsicht.
Wer einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub verleben möchte und mit einem älteren Ferienhaus zufrieden ist, wird hier sicherlich einen schönen Urlaub verbringen können.

Il market è proprio lì a 70/100 metri ed anche il ristorante pizzeria. Ci si passa ritornando dal mare che si raggiunge in 5/10 minuti a piedi.

L'alloggio è spazioso in ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, molto comode sia la doccia esterna che la doccia interna(odio le docce piccole)inoltre la ariosa veranda offre spazio per i pasti/partite a carte o relax.Si trova in buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e i vari servizi come supermercati/pescheria/ristoranti a piedi.La zona offre anche molte spiagge a pochi minuti di auto anche se la lunghissima e bella spiaggia di Costa rei non invoglia la ricerca di altri lidi.Samuele è una persona disponibile e cortese.Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane piacevoli io mia moglie e mio figlio.
