Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
Large apartment with two bedrooms.. beautiful house with sea view, Mr. MATTEO was very kind, precise and timely in communication. Nothing was missing in the house, excellent experience. I highly recommend this accommodation which also has a balcony.

We were very well received by Armando. His advice and kindness ensure a successful stay. The apartment is pleasant (very clean and well equipped), air-conditioned and has a terrace with magnificent views of the Gulf of La Spezia. Excellent accommodation for a great holiday.

Large apartment for 5 people, conveniently located for all services and excellent for visiting Porto Venere, the island of Palmaria and the Cinque Terre. Owner very nice and very helpful.

We only stayed 2 nights in the house but we had a great time. Very nice and quiet place, free parking nearby. We found everything in order and clean. Irene was very helpful in providing us with all the information we needed. The house is located about 4km from Deiva beach which can be traveled quickly by car. We found parking easily. We will certainly keep it in mind if we return to the area. Thank you!
Siamo stati solo 2 notti nella casa ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posto molto bello e tranquillo, parcheggio vicino gratuito. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito. Irene è stata molto disponibile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.
La casa si trova a circa 4km dalla spiaggia di Deiva che si percorrono velocemente in auto. Abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio.
Ne terremo conto sicuramente se dovessimo ritornare in zona.

A truly welcoming house in a bucolic context full of scents interspersed with the chirping of birds and, all this, just a few km from the sea. The landlady, Mrs. Irene, is a really pleasant person, she immediately puts you at ease and does her utmost to make your stay even more pleasant. What to add, a place to return to.

Clean and very cozy apartment in the center of Levanto. Close to all your shopping needs and also walking distance to the beach. The apartment is well equipped, has air conditioning and a beautiful view of the garden. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Roberto welcomed and informed us very well. He is always ready to help while remaining very discreet. The apartment is functional and charming and the view from the terrace is spectacular.

We had a very good stay at Irene's, in a charming and quiet village away from the tourist bustle but nevertheless just 10 minutes from Deiva Marina station which distributes all the villages of Cinque Terre. Irene is delicious, discreet and always available for information, her welcome is perfect and she does everything possible to make her guests feel comfortable. We obviously recommend this apartment. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Irene , dans un charmant et calme village à l’écart de l’agitation touristique mais néanmoins à a peine à 10 mn de la gare de Deiva Marina qui distribue tous les villages de Cinque Terre. Irene est délicieuse,discrète et toujours disponible pour un renseignement, son accueil est parfait et elle met tout en œuvre pour que ses hôtes soient à l’aise. Nous recommandons bien évidemment cet appartement. Je précise également que les chiens sont acceptés 😁

A delightful house, enhanced the spaces, the large and high ancient vaults, the refined furnishings. The patio facing the garden and the outdoor kitchen are very pleasant: a kitchen full of porcelain and cast iron chiken, painted in a curious and funny play on words that punctuates the narration of a guest attentive to details and the pleasures of living, even for those on vacation. Definitely recommend, but not too much ... because I would like to find it still available!
Una casa deliziosa, valorizzati gli spazi, le ampie e alte volte antiche, l'arredamento curato. Il patio fronte giardino e la cucina esterna sono molto piacevoli: una kitchen colma di chiken di porcellana, di ghisa, dipinte in un curioso e divertente gioco di parole che punteggia la narrazione di un' ospite attenta ai particolari e ai piaceri dell'abitare, anche per chi è in vacanza. Consiglio sicuramente, ma non troppo...perchè vorrei trovarla ancora disponibile!
Very welcoming and familiar there was everything and more, despite being in the old center the house is quiet, the owner is very courteous and very helpful. Tall people may have a hard time adjusting to the attic environment. On a next visit to Levanto we will be back.
Molto accogliente e famigliare c’era di tutto e più, nonostante sia in centro vecchio la casa è silenziosa, il proprietario è molto cortese e di grande aiuto. Le persone alte possono avere delle difficoltà ad adattarsi all’ambiente attico. In una prossima visita a Levanto ci torneremo.

We had a fantastic stay with Armando. This man does everything to make his guests happy. If you have any questions, he will sort it out for you and come back the next day with notes. He may have a parking space available in the center of La Spezia. He thinks along with you, not only in terms of possibilities, but also what the best cheap solution is, hates money grabs. Armando knows well where the seasonal crowds are too great and comes up with fun alternatives. He also provides a list of restaurants and, if necessary, he calls for you.
The house is very well cared for. as well as the garden. The house consists of two floors. Each apartment has one floor at its disposal. We had the bottom floor with a large garden. Garden is well cared for and enough furniture available. The location is on the outskirts of La Spezia, no heavy traffic. Armando lives next door to the apartment, so communication lines are short.
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gekend bij Armando. Deze man doet alles om zijn gasten het naar de zin te maken. Als je vragen heb dan zoekt hij het voor je uit en komt ie de volgende dag terug met aantekeningen. Hij heeft eventueel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar in de binnenstad van La Spezia. Hij denkt enorm mee niet alleen in mogelijkheden maar ook wat de beste goedkope oplossing is, heeft een hekel aan geldklopperij. Armando weet goed waar de seizoen drukte te groot is en komt met leuke alternatieven. Ook een lijst met restaurants wordt door hem geleverd en desnoods belt hij voor je op.
De woning is zeer goed verzorgd. evenals de tuin. De woning bestaat uit twee verdiepingen. Elk appartement heeft één verdieping tot zijn beschikking. Wij hadden de onderste verdieping met daarbij een grote tuin. Tuin is goed verzorgd en genoeg meubilair beschikbaar. De locatie is aan de rand van La Spezia, geen druk verkeer. Armando woont zelf naast het appartement dus de communicatielijntjes zijn kort.
