The apartment is clean, well appointed, with a partitioned cabin which allows you to isolate yourself, perfectly equipped in terms of kitchen equipment (+Nespresso) and products available (food, hygiene and cleaning, with the addition of a High Speed Internet Access. Finally, the host is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. He was also very responsive despite my late reservation, so I thank him very much for his welcome!

L’appartement est propre, bien agencé, avec une cabine cloisonnée qui permet de s’isoler, parfaitement pourvu en terme d'équipements de cuisine (+Nespresso) et de produits mis à disposition (alimentaires, hygiène et ménage , avec en plus un accès internet haut-débit.
Enfin, l’hôte est très sympathique, accueillant et arrangeant. Il a de plus été très réactif en dépit de ma réservation tardive, je le remercie donc infiniment pour son accueil!

Das Appartement liegt in einem ruhigen Eckbereich der Wohnanlage und ist geräumig. Wir haben mit 4 erwachsenen Personen 1 Woche dort verbracht. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist qualitativ hochwertig und auch für 6 Personen geeignet. Zudem ist genügend Stauraum und Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es gibt viele pfiffige, elegant durchdachte Deteillösungen bei Möbeln, Beleuchtung und Equipment. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist ausgezeichnet und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'équipement et l'ameublement sont d'une bonne qualité et suffisamment pour 6 personnes. En outre, il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de possibilités de stockage. Nice accommodation! We were by public transport. The desk where we could pick up the key is located directly at the top of a building at the Gare Routiere bus stop. And because there is a lift that goes directly down to the apartment from there, you don't have to lug your things far. The apartment itself is located directly on the slopes. The equipment in the kitchen and bathroom looked quite new. There were also herbs, olive oil, dishwasher tablets and enough cleaning products available. This is sometimes different if you rent something in France. The layout was also ok, 1 bedroom with a fold-out double bed, and a small room with a bunk bed and a cupboard where you can store your clothes. There were two of us, but I think it would also be fine with a family of 4. The only downside we had was that the toilet was very small, with your knees against the door...
Fijne accommodatie! We waren met het openbaar vervoer. Het bureau waar we de sleutel konden ophalen zit direct bovenin een gebouw bij de bushalte Gare Routiere. En omdat er van daar uit zo'n beetje direct een liftje naar beneden naar het appartement gaat hoef je niet ver te zeulen met je spullen. Appartement zelf ligt direct aan de piste. De apparatuur in de keuken en de badkamer zagen er behoorlijk nieuw uit. Ook waren er kruiden, olijfolie, vaatwastabletten en genoeg schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig. Dit is nog weleens anders als je in Frankrijk iets huurt. De indeling was ook ok, 1 slaapkamer met een uitklapbaar 2-persoonsbed, en een klein kamertje met een stapelbed en een kast waar je je kleding kwijt kunt. Wij waren met z'n tweëen, maar met een gezin van 4 lijkt het me ook prima te doen. Enige minpuntje dat we hadden was dat de wc wel heel erg klein was, met je knieën tegen de deur..

We spent a wonderful week in this very pleasant apartment with direct access to shops and ski lifts/slopes. Storage, a washing machine and wifi: important when you have 2 teenagers ? Favorite announcement for next year.

Het appartement ,met mooi zonnig terras, is zeer goed uitgerust en heel goed onderhouden . Ideaal gelegen t.o.v. de skipistes , winkels , restaurants ... De ontvangst door de verantwoordelijke ter plaatse was zeer hartelijk . Zeer vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars . Wij komen graag terug .

Je n'ai retenu que du positif : l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, l'appartement bien équipé spacieux avec beaucoup de rangements, la résidence calme à proximité des commerces, les pistes à 50 mètres, le parking souterrain pour stationner la voiture.....
Bref je recommande.

Clean apartment, well appointed, the room is spacious, the lounge area separated from the dining area is very pleasant. The kitchen area is certainly small but functional and well equipped (note the dishwasher is a 4 place setting). Large balcony with beautiful view. Finally, the location is perfect: real foot of the slope (departure and return on skis), all shops nearby and the automatic cabins open until 11:30 p.m. to go to the center of Mottaret are a real plus. The only downside not linked to the owners is the difficulty in parking. In short, a rental to recommend.
Appartement propre, bien agencé, la chambre est spacieuse, le coin salon séparé du coin repas est très agréable. Le coin cuisine est certes petit mais fonctionnel et bien équipé ( à noter le lave vaisselle est un 4 couverts) . Grand balcon avec très belle vue.
Pour finir la localisation est parfaite : vrai pied de piste ( départ et retour à skis),tous commerces à proximité et les cabines automatiques ouvertes jusqu'à 23h30 pour aller dans le centre de Mottaret sont un vrai plus. Seul bémol non lié aux propriétaires la difficulté à se stationner.
Bref une location à recommander.
