We spent two weeks in September in this house. The house is very comfortable and nice. despite the owner biti upstairs, privacy is totally guaranteed. moreover it is in an optimal position to visit the beauties of south-eastern Sicily and to enjoy the sea, in fact it is just a few meters from the beach !! Mrs. Angela and her daughter are very kind people, prasenti to the need and attentive to the needs of the guests and ready to provide any information requested. It was a great holiday.
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a Settembre in questa casa. La casa è molto confortevole e carina. nonostante la proprietaria biti al piano di sopra, la privacy è totalmente garantita. inoltre è in una posizione ottimale per visitare le bellezze della Sicilia sud orientale e per godere del mare, infatti dista pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia!! La signora Angela e sua figlia sono persone gentilissime, prasenti al bisogno e attente alle necessità degli ospiti e pronte a fornire ogni informazione richiesta. E' stata una bella vacanza.
A brief stop in paradise is what I think of the week spent in the house of Mrs. Angela. Perfect location practically on the beach. Angela's presence despite her upstairs clothes is impalpable but is present for any need. Extremely satisfied. Recommended.
Un breve sosta in paradiso è questo quello che penso della settimana trascorsa nella casa della Sig. Angela. Ubicazione perfetta praticamente sulla spiaggia. La presenza di Angela nonostante abiti al piano di sopra è impalpabile ma è presente per qualsiasi necessità. Estremamente soddisfatti. Consigliata.
House located on the outskirts of avola on the beach in a very quiet area comfortable home we found ourselves very well the owner lives on the upper floor. Very discreet and kind.
Casa situata alla periferia di avola sulla spiaggia in una zona molto tranquilla casa confortevole ci siamo trovati molto bene la proprietaria abita al piano superiore. Molto discreta e gentile.
Our family is made up of two parents and a 4 year old daughter and the apartment turned out to be very comfortable and functional (it would have been for a larger family me). The apartment is clean and tidy, also the possibility of using two bathrooms (one of which is external) as well as a shower and washes in the garden, the patio with table and barbecue, the Wi-Fi, are all the pluses that not always they are found together in a holiday rental house. The convenience of having the beach just outside the house is unmatched, plus you can find a small beach with deck chairs and umbrellas really close. Last but not least Mrs. Angela was very kind is present for all our needs.
La nostra famiglia è formata da due genitori e una bimba di 4 anni e l’appartamento si e’ rivelato davvero molto comodo e funzionale (lo sarebbe stato anche per un mi lei famigliare più ampio).
L’appartamento si presenta pulito e in ordine, inoltre la possibilità di usare due bagni (di cui uno esterno) nonché doccia e lava piedi in giardino, il patio con tavolo e barbecue, il Wi-Fi, sono tutti i plus che non sempre si trovano insieme in una casa vacanze in affitto.
La comodità di avere la spiaggia appena fuori casa non ha paragoni, in più si può trovare un piccolo lido con noleggio sdraio e ombrelloni davvero vicinissimo.
In ultimo ma non per ultimo la Sig.ra Angela è stata molto gentile è presente per tutte le nostre necessità.

Rent very clean, consistent pictures, well placed for exploring the area. The owner is very nice. Only downside, many dogs in the neighborhood barking at night !! But everything else was perfect.
Location très propre, conforme aux photos, bien placée pour visiter la région. La propriétaire est très gentille. Seul petit bémol, beaucoup de chiens dans le quartier qui aboient la nuit!! Mais, tout le reste était parfait.
I stayed with my husband and a couple of friends from 7 September 2014 Ms Angela is a very nice person. L 'apartment is exactly as described. Great to have two bathrooms with shower, (plus one in the garden) ideal for two couples. Thirty steps and you're already in the water, a wonder !! Alba outstanding. The shops are 2:00 to 3:00 minute drive away. What to say? Thanks Angela !! Marina and company

L' appartamento è esattamente come viene descritto.
Ottimo avere due bagni con doccia, (più quella in giardino) ideale per due coppie.
Trenta passi e sei già in acqua, una meraviglia!!
Alba eccezionale.
I negozi sono a due - tre minuti di auto.

Great location on the beach. Spacious apartment fully equipped for 4 people. Beautiful garden with comfortable seating too. Delightful thatched roof to sit in the afternoon. Below Highly recommended for a beach. Also in the area is much to see for those who love history, though even nature is impressive.
Geweldige ligging aan het strand. Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien voor 4 personen. Mooie tuin met ook comfortabele stoelen. Heerlijk rieten afdak om onder te zitten in de middag. Echt een aanrader voor een strandvakantie.
Ook in de omgeving is veel te zien voor wie van geschiedenis houdt, alhoewel ook de natuur indrukwekkend is.
Returning after a year .. always great .. all new posts and new beaches .. so yummy fish! The house say ... always remains our point of reference when we want to return to this beautiful part of Sicily!

Excellent location. Apartment very clean and functional. The welcome was very warm and Angela Care. Daughter Alexia fluent French has gladly informed us for our outings. Another big thank you to them! The icing on the cake, a beautiful beach almost deserted at our door! Moreover it is very well located for exploring this beautiful region. I highly recommend.

L'accueil fut très chaleureux et Angela aux petits soins. Sa fille Alexia parlant couramment le français nous a volontier renseignés pour nos sorties. Encore un grand merci à elles !

The apartment is exactly as described in the ad. Excellent insulation, always cool even during the most exposed to the sun, very pleasant garden and gazebo for evening relaxation. The owners are on site but totally unobtrusive and always available. The beach is very close as shown. Although beach is well cared for, clean and never too crowded. The location of the house is perfect in order to plan daily excursions to beaches and beautiful places that the area offers. Recommended "drudgery " to reach Cava Grande ... a haven from the Blue Lagoon. Great holiday ... it starts with just a thought ... to be redone!
L'appartamento si presenta esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio. Ottima coibentazione, sempre fresco anche nelle ore più esposte al sole, giardino e gazebo piacevolissimi per il relax serale. I proprietari sono in loco ma assolutamente discreti e sempre disponibili.
La spiaggia è vicinissima come indicato. Pur essendo spiaggia libera è molto curata, pulita e mai eccessivamente affollata. La posizione della casa è perfetta per poter programmare ogni giorno escursioni a spiagge e posti incantevoli che la zona offre. Consigliata la "sfacchinata" per raggiungere Cava Grande... un vero paradiso da laguna blu. Vacanza fantastica...si riparte solo con un pensiero... da rifare!!
We perfectly spent our holidays on the seashore in this hospitable house. There is all to enjoy rest - a garden, a barbecue, the pure warm sea and a fine uncrowded beach. Owners are always ready to help if it is required. In easy availability from the house the most interesting sights of Sicily - Noto, Modika, Ragusa, Syracuse, Etna and others. We hope sometime to return here again.
P.S. the conditioner would be very opportunely
The apartment had a superb position, within a few meters of a beautiful sandy beach. Swimming was excellent because there wasn't a current and the beach had a very gentle slope, idea for a young family .
The apartment was comfortable and clean with a use of a secure garden and patio.
Both Angela and Davide were extremely pleasant and helpful.
It was a most relaxing experience.
We should have made Noto our main near town rather than Avola.
Noto is much more interesting and has a greater range of eating places. It is not easy to navigate round Avola's one-way system!
We were very pleased with our stay. The welcome is warm and friendly hosts are available to facilitate the holidays (information ready a room for our bikes) .... The apartment is nice, it has a terrace and is really well located, with direct access to the beach. The environment is quiet. The location is ideal for visiting the cities of Siracusa, Ragusa, Noto, Avola, Modica and it takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to get to Etna.
Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique, les hôtes sont disponibles pour faciliter les vacances (renseignements, prêt d'un local pour nos vélos).... L'appartement est agréable, il dispose d'une terrasse et il est vraiment bien situé, avec accès direct à la plage. L'environnement est calme. La situation est idéale pour visiter les villes de Siracuse, Ragusa, Noto, Avola, Modica et il faut environ 1h 30 pour se rendre sur l'Etna.
Fabulous and relaxing vacation! The place is beautiful and the property very nice, functional and welcoming. The owners, then, are lovely people and are available, as well as very funny. A structure which I highly recommend!
