We recently stayed with our small dog in this studio apartment and we really enjoyed it. Excellent location very close to the beach of which a free part that we used to great effect. Also close to the center, shops, supermarket, so great location for everything. Private parking space inside the courtyard of the studio apartment, much appreciated because finding parking on the street is not easy. The mono is comfortable, air conditioned, sofa bed that can always be kept open for convenience and space remains to move around well. Kitchen corner with everything. TV with all channels although occasionally the signal goes away but then comes back. And then what to say again .... we had such a good time that next year we would like to return. Abbiamo soggiornato di recente con il nostro piccolo cane in questo monolocale e siamo stati davvero molto bene. Posizione ottima vicinissimo alla spiaggia di cui una parte libera che abbiamo usufruito alla grande. Vicino anche al centro, negozi, supermercato, quindi ottima posizione per tutto. Posto auto privato all'interno del cortlle del monolocale molto apprezzato perché in strada trovare parcheggio non è facile. Il mono è confortevole, condizionato, divano a letto che si può tenere sempre aperto per comodità e lo spazio rimane per muoversi bene. Angolo cucina con tutto. TV con tutti i canali anche se ogni tanto il segnale se ne va ma poi ritorna. E poi che dire ancora....ci siamo trovati così bene che il prossimo anno vorremmo ritornare. Grazie Sig. Anna Maria. Super welcome from the person in charge of cleaning and reception, the accommodation conforms to the description, it is in a small street with no vehicle traffic which makes it pleasant. Please note that the parking spaces nearby are few (not there are any!) and difficult to access for large vehicles and for those who are not used to it. On the accommodation, one element could easily be improved: there is no microwave oven, I think that would be a plus. The people of the village are very welcoming, we had a great stay there! THANKS !
Super accueil de la personne en charge du ménage et de l'accueil, le logement est conforme à la description, il est dans une petite rue sans circulation de véhicule ce qui le rend agréable. Attention les places de stationnement à proximité sont peu nombreuses ( pas il y en a !) et difficile d'accès pour les gros véhicules et pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude. Sur le logement, un élément pourrait être amélioré facilement : il n'y a pas de four micro-ondes, je pense que ça serait un plus. Les personnes du village sont très accueillantes, nous y avons passé un super séjour ! Merci !

The house is very compact but omni-comfort. The interior space is sufficient for a family of 4 because both the beds and the table are retractable. We particularly appreciated the position, which allows you to go to the sea on foot, and the outdoor space for the presence of the necessary for washing and the parking space. The house is well furnished and very clean.
La casa è molto compatta ma omni-confort. Lo spazio interno è sufficiente per una famiglia di 4 persone perché sia i letti che il tavolo sono a scomparsa. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di andare al mare a piedi, e lo spazio esterno per la presenza dell'occorrente per lavare ed il posto auto. La casa è arredata bene e molto pulita.
Recommended holiday ... Mrs. Daniela was very kind and generous, always responds in a short time both for the reservation and during the stay in case of need. We found the two-room apartment clean and it is more than liveable for a couple, it is a bit warm being an attic but it is equipped with air conditioning. The Bath of Nations is also recommended.
Vacanza consigliata ... la signora Daniela è stata gentilissima e generosa, risponde sempre in breve tempo sia per la prenotazione che durante il soggiorno in caso di bisogno. Il bilocale l'abbiamo trovato pulito ed è più che vivibile per una coppia, è un po' caldo essendo un attico ma è dotato di aria condizionata. Consigliato anche il Bagno delle Nazioni.
I found the house clean and complete with almost everything .. I would have appreciated a dishwasher instead of the washing machine but those with small children may prefer it like this, as I would move the TV to the opposite wall since it is placed just above the head of where you can sit comfortable to watch it (but it is true that you do not go on vacation to watch TV) apart from these minor considerations I highly recommend the apartment which is complete with a lift. If I have to say something negative it is about the parking lot, since I cannot move well (I am waiting for an intervention) I was forced to use the car and parking spaces are scarce in the area but not impossible. The beach is close as are the shops and restaurants on the whole good. The Christian lady is very kind.
Ho trovato la casa pulita e completa quasi di tutto.. avrei apprezzato una lavapiatti invece della lavatrice ma chi ha dei bambini piccoli magari preferisce così, come sposterei il televisore nella parete opposta visto che è collocato proprio sopra la testa di dove ci si può sedere comodi per guardarlo (ma e vero che non si va in vacanza per guardare la TV) a parte queste considerazioni di poco conto consiglio l'appartamento vivamente che è completo di ascensore. Se devo proprio dire qualcosa di negativo è sul parcheggio, io non potendomi muovere bene (sono in attesa di un intervento) ero costretto a usare l'auto e i parcheggi sono scarsi in zona ma non impossibili. La spiaggia è vicina come sono vicini i negozi e i ristoranti nel complesso buono. La Signora Cristiana è gentilissima.
We stayed at Raffaella's for 2 weeks in August. The apartment is a studio apartment but very large, very well equipped kitchen and isolated from the sleeping area. Large closed terrace ideal for those who, like us, have children, here they can play in peace. Thanks to its position, the restaurant is well ventilated and cool. The proximity to the sea is real. Mrs. Raffaella is very kind and always available. Not only do I recommend it but will definitely be back next year
Abbiamo soggiornato da Raffaella 2 settimane ad agosto. L'appartamento è si un monolocale ma molto ampio, cucina molto ben attrezzata e isolata rispetto alla zona notte. Grande terrazzo chiuso ideale per chi, come noi, ha dei bambini, qui possono giocare in tutta tranquillità. Grazie alla posizione il locale è ben areato e fresco. La vicinanza al mare è reale. La signora Raffaella è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Non solo lo consiglio ma torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo
The house, despite being a studio apartment, had everything you need. The location is stunning, with spectacular views, between the sea and the countryside. Excellent value for money. If it weren't for the distance from the sea (about 20 minutes) it would be the ideal holiday home.
La casa, pur essendo un monolocale, aveva tutto il necessario. La posizione è stupenda, con una vista spettacolare, tra mare e campagna. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Se non fosse per la distanza dal mare (20 minuti circa) sarebbe la casa vacanza ideale.

All perfect. Having a baby we found everything we needed already on site. Clean, tidy appliances (as shown in the photo). The communication with the owner was excellent, moreover it was more than kind enough to meet us for every need. Quiet and soft place. Super recommended, more than honest rental costs! Thanks a lot.
Tutto perfetto. Avendo una bambina abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario già in loco. Apparecchi pulito, ordinato (come da foto). La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata ottima, inoltre è bastata più che gentile nel venirci incontro per ogni necessità.
Posto tranquillo e soft.

Ideal sea holiday apartment near the beach and shops equipped .... it would be nice to find at least one roll of toilet paper upon arrival .... Shower head to replace ... Noisy condominium drains. However overall to recommend

we stayed here in August, a quiet place 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the shops. Mrs Raffaella is always available and kind. We will certainly return

Well furnished apartment, with taste and in a marine theme. Veranda on the Gulf of Mola fantastic in the morning and evening with a view also on Capoliveri. Its position between Porto Azzuro and Capoliveri is strategic. Equipped, at the request of air conditioning, me, my wife and our dog (a barboincino) we had a great time. Owners very friendly and helpful. recommended for two people who want to spend a quiet and romantic holiday
Appartamentino ben arredato, con gusto e in tema marinaresco. Veranda sul golfo di Mola fantastica la mattina e la sera con vista anche su Capoliveri. Strategica la sua posizione tra porto Azzuro e Capoliveri. Dotato , su richiesta di aria condizionata, io, mia moglie e il nostro cane ( un barboincino ) siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. consigliato per due persone che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di vacanza all'insegna della tranquillita' e del romanticismo

Although it is a studio apartment, it is spacious, airy and bright with the possibility of outdoor dining. the functional and comfortable services and, being on the ground floor also very cool. It is close to the beach and shops. There were two of us but it can also be convenient for a family with a child. The owner is very kind and available for every need.
Pur trattandosi di un monolocale, e' spazioso , aerato e luminoso con possibilità di pranzare all'aperto. i servizi funzionanti e comodi ed, essendo al piano terra anche molto fresco. E' vicino alla spiaggia ed ai negozi. Noi eravamo in due ma può essere comodo anche per una famiglia con un bambino. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile per ogni esigenza.
