Ich nutzte is alleinedas war der pure Luxus.
Alles (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Apotheke, kleine Geschenkläden, Strandlokale, Bushaltestelle) ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Meer mit Sandstrand ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten.
Patrick ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und ich werde dieses Appartement in der Zukunft noch sehr oft buchen.

Well located near the beach, shops and roads to visit the surroundings.

Only downside of our stay a neighbor a little noisy the first 4 days.

For neighbors, this can happen everywhere. I regret that you did not immediately call the concierges always present or that you did not intervene personally whereas it was about a neighbor immediate "a little noisy " but perfectly identified. I note that you have however 5/5 despite these two negative remarks, the first of which remains, you will agree, perfectly subjective.
Pour les voisins, cela peut arriver partout. Je regrette que vous n'ayez pas immédiatement fait appel aux concierges toujours présents ou que vous ne soyez pas intervenue personnellement alors qu il s'agissait d'un voisin immédiat "un peu bruyant" mais parfaitement identifié. Je constate que vous avez cependant mis 5/5 malgré ces 2 remarques négatives dont la première qui reste, vous en conviendrez, parfaitement subjective.
The interior is very functional, the bedding of very good quality. Wifi and TNT are very significant.
For the environment a footbridge along the coastline provides easy access to bars and beach restaurants.
The situation of the residence facilitates the discovery of the great Andalusian sites like Granada, Seville, Ronda, Gilbratar, Cadiz and Cordoba
Patrick reserves the best welcome and is very responsive to respond to any request so that we spend a pleasant stay and we thank him.
The rental is consistent with the description, no bad surprise to wait. We can strongly recommend this studio (for visiting other studios that offers Patrick, the benefit is also very significant).

Given the Andalusian sun this is a good place to forget the French winter.
Beautiful walks nature or urban, with a car it is very easy to radiate throughout the region.

The apartment has a large window that lets in air and there is very good, the residence is very quiet.
We chose a trip without a car to avoid the stress of traffic and parking problems and we are delighted with our choice of location, the owners and the caretaker of the residence gave us all the info we needed for our stay.
From Malaga airport we took the bus Portillo Avanza which is just outside the arrivals terminal management Marbella (45 minutes) for a small fee and then a taxi (15 minutes) and here we are.
From our apartment we were 5 minutes from the bus stop towards Marbella and Fuengirola and Fuengirola there are bus departures to multiple destinations: Malaga, Mijas etc ... (air-conditioned bus that allowed us to enjoy the scenery) .
Beaches, good shops and nice restaurants very close to the residence.

We spent 15 days in the studio, to the spotlessly clean, and beautiful views of the garden and the sea. Friendly owner home with nice touches, and available when needed. This studio is very well located, both in the nearby shops and restaurants, as the distance to or Marbella (12 kms) or Malaga (42 km) and many other surrounding towns, just as charming.
We will return and recommend highly.
