We spent 2 weeks of vacation in this beautiful, functional, clean apartment. The best part of this apartment: air conditioning, wifi, view of the port of Argelès-sur-Mer, 2 minutes from the beach, several restaurants just at the bottom of the building. You can also go to the city center in 15 minutes on foot. The owners are friendly people and accessible by telephone if necessary for the rental, and Élisabeth the concierge as well. We really enjoyed our stay. You can rent without hesitation.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans ce bel appartement, fonctionnel, propre. Le plus dans cet appartement : la climatisation, la wifi, vu sur le port d’Argelès-sur-Mer, à 2 minutes de la plage, plusieurs restaurants juste en bas de l'immeuble. On peut aussi aller au centre ville en 15 minutes à pied.
Les propriétaires sont des personnes sympathiques et accessibles par téléphone en cas de besoin pour la location, et Élisabeth la concierge également. Vraiment, nous avons aimé notre séjour. Vous pouvez louer sans hésitation.
Super little apartment for 4 with closed parking, close to all shops, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Bright and air-conditioned apartment. We spent 15 dream days for the second year in a row. Madame Joséphine and her son are attentive and kind, we will come back next year without hesitation. I recommend this rental. Pleased to see you again

Avons passé 15 jours de rêve pour la deuxième année consécutive. Madame Joséphine et son fils sont à l'écoute et d'une gentillesse, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine sens hésiter. Hello, family of 4 we stayed 1 week in this studio. It is well equipped and very well located. Residence well exposed clean and with private and secure parking space. The arrival remains flexible by warning sufficiently in advance. Pleasant owner and intermediary. Only downside despite the fans once closed, whether in relation to noise until 11 p.m. from the campsite or to avoid mosquitoes, it is really hot. Air conditioning even set to avoid abuse for sleeping would be good. Cordially
Bonjour, famille de 4 personnes nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans ce studio. Il est bien équipé et très bien situé. Résidence bien exposée propre et avec place de parking privée et sécurisée.
L'arrivée reste modulable en prévenant suffisamment à l'avance. Propriétaire et intermédiaire agréables.
Seul bémol malgré les ventilateurs une fois fermé que ce soit par rapport au bruit jusqu'à 23h du camping ou pour éviter les moustiques, il fait vraiment chaud. Une climatisation même réglée pour éviter les abus pour dormir serait bien.

We were delighted with our rental. This one is very well located in the port and close to the beach. It is very functional with a very well equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, a box, a washing machine and above all air conditioning. Very important point in Argelès, this apartment has a parking space. When making our reservation, we were able to talk to the owners by phone without difficulty and when we arrived, we met Jean Claude who manages arrivals and departures. He is very attentive and gives good advice. We recommend this rental 100%.
Nous avons été ravi de notre location. Celui-ci est très bien situé dans le port et proche de la plage. Il est très fonctionnel avec une cuisine très bien équipée, la télé, la WiFi, une box, un lave linge et surtout la climatisation.
Point très important à Argelès, cet appartement possède une place de parking.
Lors de notre réservation, nous avons pu nous entretenir par téléphone avec les propriétaires sans difficulté et lors de notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré jean Claude qui gère les arrivées et départs. Il est très à l'écoute et de bons conseils.
Nous recommandons cette location à 100%.
Very nice rental with a view of the park and a very beautiful view of the Albères in a quiet area. Apartment consistent with the photo, quite large and bright. The big plus: the air conditioning. Very good for a small family. Everything is there, nothing to say about it! 5 mins from the center and the beach on foot, superb!!! The owner, Mrs Josephine, is very attentive and kind how all Catalans. I know where to resume my rental next year, without worry. Goodbye!
Très belle location avec vue sur parc et une très belle vue sur les Albères au calme. Appartement conforme au photo, assez grand et lumineux. Le gros plus : la climatisation. Très bien pour une petite famille. Tout s'y trouve, rien a dire la dessus! A 5 mins du centre et de la plage a pieds, superbe!!!
La propriétaire, madame Joséphine, est très a l écoute et gentille comment tous les catalans. Je sais où rependre ma location l année prochaine, sans souci. A bientôt!

Very nice studio and very well located to be quiet and rest. It is very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,... We had a pleasant stay with our dog and the owners are very nice. The plus is the access to the 6 swimming pools, the view of the Marina and the calm. Thanks again to the owners for renting their property to us and for accepting our little bichon

Deuxième année consécutive dans ce magnifique appartement avec balcon et vue sur les montagnes enneigées! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les lieux sont toujours propres, l’appartement fonctionnel et surtout bien équipé. On ne s’en lasse pas et nous espérons, une nouvelle fois, pouvoir y retourner l’année prochaine! Encore merci à la propriétaire des lieux pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Super well appointed studio, facing the pines and the sea, very comfortable sofa, we were received by Karen's super nice mother and her husband, very available and very pleasant. The plus: the squirrels who come down to drink from a bowl that Karen's mother prepares for them every morning and the sunrise right in front of them. Beautiful walks, meeting between doggies, finally we spent 4 great days and we will return.
Studio super bien agencé, face aux pins et à la mer, canapé très confortable, nous avons été reçu par la maman de Karen super gentille ainsi que son mari, tres disponibles et très agréables.
Le plus : les écureuils qui descendent boire dans une gamelle que la maman de Karen leur prépare tous les matin et le lever de soleil juste en face.
Belles promenades, rencontre entre toutous, enfin nous avons passé 4 jours super et nous y retournerons.
