The apartment is very functional with a lovely view of the sea. We really fell in love with the location right next to the sublime Mare E Sole beach. Both our host and the person on site are very friendly and responsive. We will gladly come back ! Alice and Louise

Cozy accommodation, very comfortable and quiet close (walking) from the beach. Nice little view of the sea. Comfortable bed (not a click / clack as the picture) + Wifi OK. By car, many notable places to visit nearby.

We had a good stay. The studio is quite small but consistent with the description with everything you need inside. Very nice view of the sea having breakfast before the studio.Les owners are charming and helpful. The only little thing that bothered us and we should pay 30 euros cleaning fee while it is we who have cleaned up before leaving.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le studio est assez petit mais conforme à la description avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Belle petite vue sur la mer en prenant le petit déjeuner devant le studio.Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés. La seule petite chose qui nous à dérangée et qu'il faille payer 30 euros de frais de nettoyage alors que c'est nous qui avons nettoyé avant de partir.

The apartment is located within a cluster of villas set in a pine forest overlooking the sea, is equipped with everything you need, then, very comfortable and cool. The beach in front is of fine sand and the temperature of the'' Sea water is very pleasant, but always very affollata.La beach beside the gravel and rocks is much quieter and also offers the opportunity to snorkel. The only downside is that picoolo to buy anything you need to travel by car because all services are within a few miles from the apartment.
L'appartamento,situato all'interno di un conglomerato di ville inserite in una pineta con vista mare,è dotato di tutto il necessario,quindi,molto confortevole e fresco.
La spiaggia di fronte è di sabbia finissima e la temperatura dell''acqua del mare è molto gradevole ma,sempre molto affollata.La spiaggia accanto di ghiaia e scogli è molto più tranquilla ed inoltre offre la possibilità di fare snorkelling.
L'unico picoolo neo è che per acquistare qualsiasi cosa è necessario spostarsi in auto perchè tutti i servizi distano qualche chilometro dall'appartamento.

very clean apartment, consistent with the description ... ease of parking, the lady who took care of us when we arrived and when we left was very pleasant and the owner is easily reachable on the phone or call back immediately ... beach 400m from the residence, very quiet subdivision, not a noise (it may depend on the holidaymakers staying next to and above ... for us it was impeccable.) We will definitely come back to this address for our next vacation in Ajaccio.

facilité de stationnement, la dame qui s'est occupé de nous à notre arrivé et à notre départ était très agréable et le propriétaire est facilement joignable au téléphone ou rappelle de suite...
plage à 400m de la résidence, lotissement très calme, pas un bruit(cela dépend peut être des vacanciers logés à coté et au dessus...pour nous c'était impeccable.)
Nous reviendrons certainement à cette adresse pour nos prochaines vacances à Ajaccio.
Ideal location, close to Ajaccio and the airport. Close to a modern and pleasant commercial area. Spacious and well-appointed apartment, only the bed would deserve a standard bed of 2 people instead of a bunk bed. Very good home owners with many addresses of sites to visit.

Appartement spacieux et bien aménagé, seul le couchage mériterait un lit standard de 2 personnes à la place d’un lit superposé.
