We stayed in both apartments and had a great time. The functional two-room apartment with a beautiful enjoyable garden, the three-room apartment with a breathtaking view. In both apartments there are dishwashers and washing machines. Two-room apartment more suitable for couples, in the three-room apartment you can comfortably sleep 4. The only drawback is the thinness of the wall that divides the apartments. .
Abbiamo soggiornato in entrambi gli appartamenti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il bilocale funzionale e con un bel giardino godibile, il trilocale con una vista mozzafiato. In entrambi gli appartamenti sono presenti lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Bilocale più adatto a coppie, nel trilocale ci si sta comodamente in 4. Unico neo la sottigliezza della parete che divide gli appartamenti.

truly a fantastic location! the holiday starts from the house: welcoming, tidy, relaxing and convenient to reach any beach around Stintino. You live very well inside and out, thanks to a beautiful porch where you can comfortably eat, to continue relaxing in the garden or swimming in the swimming pool for exclusive use. Very comfortable rooms and two bathrooms were ideal for hosting a family of 6 like us. veramente una location fantastica! la vacanza inizia dalla casa: accogliente, ordinata, rilassante e comoda per raggiungere qualunque spiaggia intorno a Stintino. Si vive benissimo dentro e fuori, grazie ad un bellissimo porticato dove si può comodamente mangiare, per continuare a rilassarsi in giardino o nuotare nella piscina ad uso esclusivo. Stanze molto comode e doppi servizi sono stati l'ideale per ospitare una famiglia da 6 persone come noi.

Apartment with a beautiful patio overlooking the wonderful sea of Sardinia, very comfortable equipped with every comfort almost like a city apartment. Mr. Paolo and his mother Nina were truly hospitable and available for any need, so much so that they received us with a sweet welcome thought. If we return to Stintino we will know where to go.

We are a family of two adults and a little girl, we stayed in the two-room apartment in the end of August, heading towards the hinterland, with a back garden. The apartment is located in a beautiful residence of villas with a large parking space, closed by a gate. The garden at the back, with a small table, was used by us despite the observations of a resident, such as Mr. Guido, who pointed out that the garden belonged to the residence and not to the apartment. It was not communicated to us and we used it quietly. The location is truly exceptional, five minutes walk from Pelosa and Pelosetta and very close to a Minimarket, bar, newsstand and two restaurants. The only flaw of the first day were the ants, a problem that despite the disinfestation concerned the entire residence. Mrs. Anna was immediately available bringing us a vacuum cleaner. With the poison we immediately solved the problem. Perhaps, I would like to say, we were precise and careful in addressing this problem, but I cannot say that when we arrived the house was dirty, on the contrary. Having a baby, I would have liked to be informed before this one leftproblem that thanks to our intervention was immediately resolved. Another small flaw is the low water flow in the dinner time. One evening my husband was unable to take a shower and not late in the evening. In conclusion, I recommend the accommodation for the location, the beauty of the area and how it is furnished, there is all the essentials. For any problem you can really count on the availability of Mrs. Anna. So I would go back and recommend it.
Siamo una famiglia di due adulti e una bimba, abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto nel bilocale che da’ verso l’entroterra, con un giardino sul retro. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un bel residence di ville con un ampio posto auto, chiuso da cancello. Il giardino sul retro, con tavolino, e’ stato utilizzato da noi nonostante le osservazioni di un residente, tale signor Guido, che faceva notare che il giardino fosse di proprietà’ del residence e non dell’appartamento. A noi non era stato comunicato e l’abbiamo usato tranquillamente. La posizione e’ davvero eccezionale, a cinque minuti a piedi da Pelosa e Pelosetta e vicinissimo a un Minimarket, bar, edicola e due ristoranti. Unica pecca del primo giorno sono state le formiche, problematica che nonostante la disinfestazione riguardava tutto il residence. La signora Anna e’ stata sin da subito disponibile portandoci un aspirapolvere. Con del veleno abbiamo risolto subito il problema. Forse, mi vien da dire, siamo stati po precisi e attenti ad affrontare questo problema, ma non posso dire che al nostro arrivo la casa fosse sporca, anzi. Avendo una bambina, avrei gradito essere informata prima della partenza di questa problematica che grazie al nostro intervento si e’ subito risolta. Un’altra piccola pecca e’ la scarsa portata dell’acqua nell’orario di cena. Una sera mio marito non e’ riuscito a fare la doccia e non in tarda serata. Concludendo, consiglio l’alloggio per la posizione, la bellezza della zona e per come e’ arredato, cè tutto l’essenziale. Per qualunque problema si può davvero contare sulla disponibilità della signora Anna. Quindi tornerei e lo consiglierei.
I state that for me vacation is synonymous with freedom and comfort, unfortunately, I can't always find both things. Here I found everything, the house was superior to mine expectations, treated in detail, I found all that what you need in a home, here: this is not a vacation home but a HOME complete with everything. I strongly suggest that you try this experience and take it in your suitcase only personal effects. You will find the unimaginable. I warmly thank Mr. Paolo for the attention and Ms Nina for the cuddles received. It's not every day you find people like that. See you soon Paolo and Nina.
Premetto che per me vacanza e’ sinonimo di libertà e comodità,
purtroppo però non sempre riesco a trovare entrambe le cose.
Qui ho trovato tutto, la casa e’ risultata superiore alle mie
aspettative, curata nei minimi particolari, ho trovato tutto quello
di cui si necessita in una casa, ecco: questa non è una casa vacanza
ma una CASA completa di ogni cosa.
Suggerisco vivamente di provare questa esperienza e portarsi in valigia
solo gli effetti personali. Li troverete l’inimmaginabile.
Ringrazio vivamente il sig. Paolo per le attenzioni e la sig.ra Nina per le
coccole ricevute. Non capita tutti i giorni di trovare persone così.

Perfect vacation ... my family and I stayed here in July 10 days ... very clean and functional apartment ... a stone's throw from Cala Lupo and close to all the other wonderful beaches. The apartment was equipped with everything. ... you will even be amazed by Pelosa! Mr. Paolo and his mother very kind ... upon our arrival we were greeted with fresh water and sweets. We highly recommend this apartment ... we hope to be able to come back next year ... we left the heart there !!
Vacanza perfetta...io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato qui a luglio 10 giorni...appartamento pulitissimo e funzionalissimo...a due passi da Cala Lupo e vicino a tutte le altre meravigliose spiagge.L'appartamento era fornito di tutto...persino le stupirete per la Pelosa!Il signor Paolo e la mamma gentilissimi...al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con acqua in fresco e dolcetti.Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento...speriamo di riuscire a tornarci il prossimo anno...abbiamo lasciato li il cuore!!
Short vacation decided on the fly but made very pleasant thanks to the location (very well equipped, clean and within walking distance of a quiet cove). Highly recommended for those who want a relaxing holiday. It is necessary, however, to have the car available because otherwise it is a bit isolated (the nearest grocery store and almost 1km ..). We unfortunately had a problem with our car and we were walking a few days, but we discovered that all the most beautiful beaches of Stintino can still be reached by bus. We were really surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the landlady who helped and assisted us in this affair. Thank you very much!
Breve vacanza decisa al volo ma resa piacevolissima grazie alla location (struttura attrezzatissima, pulita e a due passi da una tranquilla caletta). Consigliatissima a chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. È necessario però avere a disposizione l’auto perché altrimenti si è un po’ isolati (il negozio di alimentari più vicino e a quasi 1km..). Noi purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con la ns auto e siamo rimasti a piedi qualche giorno, però abbiamo scoperto che tutte le spiagge più belle di Stintino sono comunque raggiungibili in autobus. Ci ha davvero sorpreso la gentilezza e la disponibilità della padrona di casa che ci ha aiutati e assistiti in questo frangeste.

The house is comfortable, welcoming and functional, equipped with everything you need (including the stoves for La Pelosa beach), the description corresponds to the real characteristics. Parking is under the house. Very nice the veranda / terrace from which you can glimpse the sea: you can reach, through a path of about 150 m, Cala Lupo, then Cala Punta Negra and along the coast, other inlets. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We spent some nice days, thanks to Paolo for the availability and to the mother for the functionality of the house. See you later
La casa è comoda, accogliente e funzionale, dotata di tutto il necessario (anche degli stuoini per la spiaggia La Pelosa), la descrizione corrisponde alle caratteristiche reali.
Il parcheggio è sotto casa.
Molto piacevole la veranda/terrazzino dalla quale si intravvede il mare: si raggiunge, attraverso un percorso di 150 m circa, Cala Lupo, poi Cala Punta Negra e percorrendo la costa, altre insenature.
La zona è molto bella e tranquilla.
Abbiamo trascorso delle belle giornate, grazie a Paolo per la disponibilità e alla mamma per la funzionalità della casa.

First experience with this site and first holiday outside a village: delightful apartment, impeccable cleanliness and equipped with everything and more. We spent a wonderful holiday surrounded by greenery in an enviable position both for tranquility, silence and sea view that has delighted us at all times. It is within walking distance of Cala Lupo in 2 minutes and after this splendid cove a whole series of other equally beautiful. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back !!!!
Prima esperienza con questo sito e prima vacanza fuori da un villaggio: appartamentino delizioso, pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutto e di più. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa immersi nel verde in una posizione invidiabile sia per tranquillità, silenzio e con vista mare che ci ha deliziato in ogni momento. E' raggiungibile a piedi Cala Lupo in 2 minuti e dopo questa splendida caletta tutta una serie di altre altrettanto belle. La consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci torneremo!!!!
The turquoise home is really delicious; seasick style, is comfortable and has everything you need. The view from the patio is breathtaking - you can see the Pelosa tower and the beaches of Pelosa and Pelosetta. The stained glass surrounding the patio allows this to be used both when it rains and when it pulls the wind very strong. The location is strategic: Close to a mall, you can reach the beaches of Pelosa and Pelosetta within a few minutes walk so you can leave the car at the residence where it is located. The town center and harbor are just a few minutes by car or bus. Both the owner, Mr Lorenzo, and Mrs. Anna who cares about the house were very kind and helpful. We felt at home immediately and the kids had a dream vacation Thanks to both of us for having made this beautiful home available and for the kindness and warmth with which they welcomed us and took care of us, we were really good , we definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.
La casa turchese è veramente deliziosa; in stile marinaro, è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. La visuale dal patio è mozzafiato - si vedono la torre della Pelosa e le spiagge della Pelosa e Pelosetta. La vetrata che circonda il patio permette che questo possa essere usato sia quando piove sia quando tira il vento molto forte. La posizione è strategica: vicina ad un centro commerciale, si può raggiungere le spiagge della Pelosa e Pelosetta in pochi minuti a piedi in modo da poter lasciare la macchina al residence in cui a situata. Il centro della città e il porto sono a pochi minuti di macchina o autobus. Sia il proprietario, il Sig. Lorenzo, sia la Sig.ra Anna che si prende cura della casa sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti a casa immediatamente e i bambini hanno avuto una vacanza da sogno Grazie a tutti e due per aver messo a disposizione questa bellissima casa e per la gentilezza e calore con cui ci hanno accolto e si sono presi cura di noi, siamo stati veramente bene, la raccomandiamo sicuramente e speriamo di poter ritornare presto.
The house is very nice (as in the photos) seems to be newly renovated, large (with rooms and beds on request), cared for in detail (each room has furniture and amenities needed for a comfortable stay), clean (especially the bathrooms that are new Well-stocked (independent air conditioning in each room and a full kitchen). The house is equipped with a mega luxury home-like home automation system that monitors all functions and, on arrival, gives you access to the app to control the functions of the smartphone; For electronics enthusiasts like me is the opportunity to try this technology. Outside there is a comfortable car park for two vehicles, a very large garden with a beautiful lawn that looks like being in Wimbledon, a sunny sunshine all day with sun loungers and sunshades, a patio with table and chairs Where we always dined, barbecue and hammock. Almost every day she passed the service staff to do the pool maintenance and check out the garden. During our stay the TV broke because of a thunderstorm and Mrs. Gisella made her have a newWithin 24 hours.
I recommend wearing ants' dust because when you leave some food or crumbs (we went to the outside patio where we dined) they drank.
La casa è molto bella (come nelle fotografie) sembra ristrutturata da poco, capiente (con camere e letti a volontà), curata nei dettagli (ogni stanza ha mobilio e accessori necessari per una permanenza confortevole), pulita (specialmente i bagni che sono nuovi di zecca), ben accessoriata (aria condizionata indipendente in ogni stanza e una cucina completa di tutto).
La casa è dotata di un mega impianto domotico, tipo hotel di lusso, che controlla tutte le funzioni e all'arrivo ti danno l'accesso all'app per comandare le funzioni dallo smartphone; per gli appassionati di elettronica come me è l'occasione per provare questa tecnologia.
All'esterno c'è un comodo parcheggio riservato per due veicoli, un giardino molto ampio con un bel prato che sembra di essere a Wimbledon, una bella piscina esposta al sole tutto il giorno con sdraio e doccia solare, un patio con tavolo e sedie dove abbiamo sempre cenato, barbecue e amaca.
Quasi tutti i giorni passava il personale di servizio per fare manutenzione alla piscina e per controllare il giardino.
Durante la nostra permanenza si è rotto il televisore a causa di un temporale e la Sig.ra Gisella ce ne ha fatto avere uno nuovo nel giro di 24 ore.
Consiglio di portare della polvere per le formiche perché quando si lasciano dei residui di cibo o briciole (a noi succedeva nel patio esterno dove cenavamo) accorrono a fare merenda.
All was OK, good maintenance for the swimming pool, the grass was perfect, just the necessary for the kitchen (knives, forks....). An issue with the TV antenna, not resolved during our stay. But the villa is quiet, depending of the others neighbours than you can have...good time, and Gisella (owner) is quiet nice!!
The clean and equipped apartment with everything you need, perfect veranda with sliding windows, the beautiful view of the sea with Asinara Island as a backdrop. We come back for sure. Dorota

We stayed in this beautiful villa with our infant son for three years. We found more than you need to spend unforgettable holidays ... so much comfort, cleanliness, privacy. Environments attention to detail and everything you need to feel pampered. The house is located a few steps from vCountry Paradise Village where you can find animation supermarket, pharmacy, medical, golf and small shops and in spite of this home you can enjoy a priceless peace ... The recommendations and guidelines of the kind owners allowed us to not miss the restaurants, beaches and places that we would not have otherwise visited ... We forgot the terrace overlooking the sea and stars ... a dream! To be repeated!

curati nei dettagli e tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi coccolati. La casa si trova a due passi dal vCountry Paradise Village dove si può trovare animazione supermercato , farmacia, medico, golf e piccoli negozietti e nonostante ciò da casa si può godere di una pace impagabile...
I consigli e le indicazioni dei gentilissimi proprietari ci hanno permesso di non perdere ristorantini, spiagge e luoghi che non avremmo altrimenti visitato... Dimenticavamo la terrazza vista mare e stelle...un sogno!

House close to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of holiday-makers, priceless views, mini market outside the home, even pizza, house clean and equipped with every comfort. Also suitable for families, when my mother and I stayed with my 3 children aged 5 and 2 years old and the little 3 month old. Surely we will be back next year!! With Lorenzo, the owner, there was a very good communication and is really a very kind and polite people!
Casa vicinissima alla spiaggia ma fuori dal caos dei villeggianti, vista impagabile, mini market fuori casa, pizzeria anche, casa pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Adatta anche a famiglie, in quando abbiamo soggiornato io e mia madre con i miei 3 bambini di 5 e 2 anni e il piccolo di soli 3 mesi. Sicuramente anno prossimo ci torneremo!!!! Con Lorenzo, il proprietario c'è stata un ottima comunicazione ed è davvero una persone molto gentile e cortese!
