The house was exactly as advertised. Laurent, the owner, is very welcoming and he will tell you where you can go depending on what you want to do, he is very available, always at your service and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Soulac is very pleasant but beware, everything closes at 11 p.m.
La maison était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Laurent, le propriétaire, est très accueillant et il vous dira où vous pouvez aller selon ce que vous souhaitez faire, il est très disponible, toujours à votre écoute et fait tout pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable. Soulac est très agréable mais attention, tout ferme à 23 heures.

Das Haus entsprach den Beschreibungen und wir haben unsere Ferien mit 6 Personen und 2 Hunden hier sehr genossen. Highlight war die sehr moderne Küche. Zimmer zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Übergabe problemlos und sehr freundlich. Kontakt super freundlich zuvorkommend. Sehr schöner alt eingewachsener Garten und tolle Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We booked this 10-day rental at the beginning of July and had a great stay at SOULAC in this recently renovated and well-equipped apartment, with a much appreciated terrace. Close to all shops, beach, cycle path (you can do everything on foot) and quiet. And best of all, we had 2 bikes available .... We also appreciated the kindness of Florence. I recommend this location without hesitation.
Nous avons réservé cette location 10 jours début juillet et nous avons passé un super séjour à SOULAC dans cet appartement récemment refait et bien équipé, avec une terrasse très appréciée.
Proche de tous les commerces, plage, piste cyclable (on peut tout faire à pied) et au calme. Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avions 2 vélos à disposition....
Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse de Florence.
Je conseille sans hésitation cette location.

Villa very pleasant to live, good value for money. Very well equipped, household of all kinds! I only regret a small compensation for the spa down by the third day.

Magnificent Rental 100 meters from the beach. Deco retro but nice, full of old objects. We did not feel in a rental. Quiet and pleasant, I highly recommend.

Good stay in this property located just steps from the center of Soulac, with bikes provided by the owners. House very well equipped, only concern the rental cost does not include the rental of linens. We came to 9 people and this represents sheets, pillowcases and towels in bulk! A special sister to the very friendly and welcoming owner mention.
Bon séjour dans cette location située à quelques pas du centre de Soulac, avec des vélos mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Maison très bien équipée ; seul souci, le coût de la location ne comprend pas la location du linge de maison. Nous y sommes venus à 9 personnes et cela représente draps, taies et torchons en nombre !
