We have enjoyed excellent holidays at Villa Caterina in Scopello! The house is perfect, very well equipped, with also the equipment for the beach, a very beautiful garden and a very pleasant terrace with barbecue, and a very pleasant outdoor shower. It is located 150 m from the beautiful beach of Guidaloca. The house is in a very calm neighborhood, with a large parking lot in the garden. There are several sites to visit (Erice, Segeste, ...). The village of Scopello is very happy and has many charming restaurants. You also have everything you need in commerce, boulangerie, classic supermarkets, another specialty in local products and also in agrotourism stores. Our avons spent an excellent week and our avons were very well cared for by our hostess Marcella and their husbands.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa Caterina à Scopello! La maison était parfaite, très bien équipée, avec aussi des équipements pour la plage, un très beau jardin et une terrasse très agréable avec barbecue, et une douche extérieure très agréable.
Elle est située à 150 m de la belle plage de Guidaloca . La maison est dans un quartier très calme, avec un grand parking dans le jardin. Elle est proche de nombreux sites de visite (Erice, Segeste, ...). Le village de Scopello est très joli et on y trouve de nombreux restaurants charmants. Il y a aussi tout ce qu'il faut en commerce, boulangerie, supermarché classique, un autre spécialisé dans les produits locaux et aussi des magasins d'agrotourisme. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôtesse Marcella et son mari.
Everything was perfect and as described. Super quiet location, nothing is missing. Very nice view. You can walk up to the small town with restaurants or down to the supermarket. It's not far to the next beach either. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to questions. We'd love to come back!
Es war alles perfekt und wie beschrieben. Super ruhige Lage, es fehlt einem an nichts. Sehr schöner Ausblick. Man kann hoch in die kleine Stadt mit Restaurants laufen oder runter zum Supermarkt. Zum nächsten Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und antworteten schnell bei Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owners, very helpful and kind, where they immediately put us at ease. The apartment is very clean and functional, very well equipped, with several outdoor spaces and private parking. The beauty of having breakfast while seeing the view of the sea and in the evening being able to go up to the roof for an aperitif at sunset and relax under the stars is truly fantastic. We should highlight the honesty and kindness with which we were welcomed by Francesco and Donatella who really gave even more value to this beautiful holiday.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dai proprietari, molto disponibili e gentili, dove ci hanno messo subito a proprio agio. L'appartamento è molto pulito e funzionale, molto ben accessoriato, con diversi spazi all'aperto e con il parcheggio privato. La bellezza di fare colazione vedendo la vista del mare e la sera poter salire sul tetto per aperitivo al tramonto e relax sotto le stelle è davvero fantastico.
Da valorizzare l'onestà e la gentilezza con cui siamo stati accolti da Francesco e Donatella che hanno davvero hanno dato ancora più valore a questa bellissima vacanza.

We recently stayed in Mrs. Rosalba's house and enjoyed it very much. The house is small, but welcoming and suitable for a family of four: the spaces are well organized. We appreciated the cleanliness, the possibility of refreshing the interiors with the air conditioning, and the spaces outside, especially the "XL " shower, very useful when returning from the beach. In a few minutes on foot you arrive at the Cala di Mazzo beach, with a spectacular sea.
Abbiamo soggiornato di recente nella casa della signora Rosalba e siamo stati molto bene.
La casa è piccola, ma accogliente e adatta ad una famiglia di quattro persone: gli spazi sono ben organizzati.
Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia, la possibilità di rinfrescare gli ambienti interni con il climatizzatore, e gli spazi all' esterno, soprattutto la doccia " XL", utilissima al rientro dalla spiaggia.
In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia Cala di Mazzo, con un mare spettacolare.

La vacanza a Villa Caterina è stata davvero rilassante e piacevole. Il mare vicinissimo a casa è molto bello, l’abitazione ha tutti i confort per trascorrere le vacanze al meglio. La cucina è nuova, attrezzata, le camere sono comode e il giardino consente di fare delle bellissime cene all’aperto! Consigliatissimo!
Marcella and Nino, the owners, are special people: welcoming, helpful, friendly and attentive to any need. The villa, surrounded by greenery, as well as being furnished with care and good taste, is extremely comfortable, equipped with everything you may need and positioned in such a way as to preserve privacy. The outdoor shower and sink for when you return from the sea are very popular, as is the courtyard equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, and a magnificent barbecue. In the garden there is a particularly convenient parking space. The furniture is new (especially the mattresses are comfortable). The location allows you to quickly reach many wonderful places. Wonderful sea reachable on foot in a few minutes. In short, an unforgettable holiday.
Marcella e Nino, i proprietari, sono persone speciali: accoglienti, disponibili, simpatici ed attenti a qualsiasi necessità. La villetta, immersa nel verde, oltre ad essere arredata con cura e buon gusto, è estremamente confortevole, dotata di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno e posizionata in modo da preservare la privacy. Molto apprezzati la doccia esterna e il lavabo per quando si torna dal mare, così come anche il cortile attrezzato con tavoli e sedie per mangiare all'aperto, e un magnifico barbecue. Nel giardino c’è un posto macchina particolarmente comodo. L’arredamento è nuovo (in particolare i materassi sono confortevoli). L’ubicazione permette di raggiungere in poco tempo tantissimi luoghi meravigliosi. Mare stupendo raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Insomma, una vacanza indimenticabile.

Proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile! La casa poi ha tutto il necessario e dispone di uno spazio esterno molto comodo per pranzi e cene all'aperto. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere il mare a piedi, una passeggiata di un paio di minuti tra le vie del villaggio. Davvero consigliatissima!
