A well equipped house on the edge of the village. Nice pool and good accommodation. Local housekeeper is helpful but not intrusive. Good base for visiting the Eastern Dordogne. Village has all essentials (10 main walks) plus canoe hire and bike hire. Quiet rural location about 20 mins from motorway.

Family of 7, we had a very pleasant stay. All is well described, the pictures are true but we must live it to feel all calm and pleasure! We recommend the place (and even hope to go back).

The property was exactly as we had hoped from both the advertisement and from our correspondence with the owner. Our family of 7 adults enjoyed a wonderful week in a very beautiful and relaxing environment. The house was simple but with everything we needed and the relaxed spacious living areas and rooms suited us perfectly. The surrounding fields and woods were idyllic - great for walks and exploration and stunningly beautiful. Located near Sarlat, it was a perfect jumping off point for visits in the region, but equally a wonderful place to spend a quiet day - by the pool, reading, chatting over a meal, or walking. Mr Van Roy was a perfect host - welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating of my poor French, but never obtrusive. And we all loved Baloo the dog!
Very clean and rustic house, great for those who want to be in a quiet environment. Damage to rain all week which prevented us from enjoying the beautiful pool. Owner super nice, adorable dog. Thank you again.

It is a magical endoit, the whole house and its surroundings are beautiful! The decor, nature, comfort, everything is a call for calm and tranquility! We had a room (too short) in a region to discover, to enjoy visits and ... of lazing by the pool ...

The site of this fabulous property is surrounded by fields and forest edge, with a few kilometers all amenities Sarlat. The owners and their children are lovely and very welcoming. Would recommend without reservation.
