This family-friendly accommodation for children is located on the ground floor, consists of entrance, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with a 1 and a half bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, small closet . Linen is provided if required.

The beach and the bike path are about 300 / 350mt away. Shops at 250mt.

The bus stop is at 100mt. (Sanremo 15 minutes away).

The beaches are sandy and slope gradually, suitable for children.

The beautiful cycle path runs alongside the sea in the middle of greenery and is fantastic for either beautiful biking or walks.

Sanremo is 8 km away where there are plenty of shops and cafés, but it is much busier.

France (Côte d'Azur) with Menton, is only 30 min drive away, and Munich Monte Carlo is within 35 min.
