Good morning we stayed from 26/08/17 to 02/09/17 and we enjoyed it very well. Looking at the previous negative reviews I was a little worried, but I can confirm the opposite. Comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities, and although the TV was not the latest generation (as many would want), it worked, but we focused on the holiday not sure on TV. As for the pool, clean and pretty surroundings around Prato. Owners available and very friendly. Although it was the first year in San Bartolomeo we found everything very good and there are many services. I would recommend the accommodation and the place.

Guardando le recensioni precedenti negative ero un po' preoccupata, invece posso confermare tutto il contrario.
Appartamento confortevole, con tutti i servizi necessari, e anche se la TV non era di ultima generazione (come molti vorrebbero), funzionava, ma noi ci siamo concentrati sulla vacanza non di sicuro sulla TV.
Per quanto riguarda la piscina, pulita e Prato attorno molto curato.
Proprietari disponibili e molto cordiali.
Nonostante fosse il primo anno a San Bartolomeo ci siamo trovati tutto molto bene e di servizi ce ne sono molti.
Consiglio l'alloggio e il posto.

We were very comfortable and all the expectations described corresponded to reality. The firmness of the regulation might seem excessive, but allowed a cohabitation of common parts very clear and transparent.

Apartment clean and comfortable. Lack tables and chairs on terrace which is big and nice. Pool and garden nice but extended opening hours of the pool would be desirable for the afternoon.

Very pleasant location in a quiet setting in a natural setting between sea and countryside which benefits from all the amenities. The bungalow is very well equipped with a breathtaking view with very benevolent owners towards their guests as well as their canine companion and this in all discretion, which greatly contributes to the success of the stay and we thank them for it.
Location très agréable au calme dans un écrin de nature entre mer et campagne qui bénéficie de toutes les commodités. Le bungalow est très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable avec des propriétaires très bienveillant auprès de leurs hôtes ainsi que de leur compagnon canin et cela en toute discrétion, ce qui participe grandement à la réussite du séjour et on les en remercie.
We were on vacation in this beautiful apartment from 21.08.21 to 04.09.2021 and were very satisfied with it. Mr. S. and his mother went out of their way to fulfill all of our wishes. The apartment is fully equipped and very cozy. We felt like at home. We were with our 7 year old daughter and everyone had their room and a large bathroom and huge terrace where we spent every meal. The way to the city's free beach with the bikes took us less than 5 minutes. We drove back and forth 6 times a day to eat, sleep, bathe and walk. The Pam supermarket is just in town, on the way from the beach to the apartment. You can buy anything in the supermarket. The city itself is very lively and there are many restaurants and shops. We only had two trips and found that the city of Diano Marino is very cozy and quiet, but at the same time very good infrastructure, where you can find everything you need.
So we can highly recommend the apartment and would come again ourselves, as we like Italy very much overall and only in the last four yearsItaly consumed our vacation.
Wir waren im Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung von 21.08.21 bis 04.09.2021 und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Herr S. und seine Mutter haben sich sehr bemüht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt. Wir waren mit unserer 7-jährige Tochter und jeder hatte sein Zimmer und ein großes Bad und riesigie Terrasse, wo wir jede Mahlzeit verbracht haben. Der Weg zum stadtlichen kostenlosen Strand mit den Fahrädern dauerte für uns wenige als 5 Minuten. Wir sind 6 Mal am Tag hin und her zum Essen, Schlafen, Baden und Spazieren gefahren.
Der Supermarkt Pam befindet sich gerade in der Stadt, also auf dem Weg vom Strand zur Wohnung. Im Supermarkt kann man alles Mögliches kaufen.
In der Stadt selber ist sehr lebensvoll und gibt es vielreiche Restaraunts und Läden. Wir haben nur zwei Ausfläge gehabt und feststellte, dass die Stadt Diano Marino sehr gemütlich und ruhig, aber gleichzeitig sehr gute Infrastrukur hat, wo man alles findet, was man braucht.
Also können wir die Wohnung sehr empflehelen und würden selbst wieder kommen, da wir Italien insgesamt sehr mögen und letzte vier Jahren nur in Italien unseren Urlaub verbraucht haben.
Marta and Marco are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The house is comfortable and functional, located in a small quiet hamlet and very close to the forest and a few walks and not far from amenities.
Marta et Marco sont très sympathiques, accueillants et à l'écoute. La maison est confortable et fonctionnelle , située dans un petit hameau tranquille et tout proche de la forêt et de quelques balades et non loin des commodités.
Friendly owner, always responded quickly to my requests, simple house but with all the necessities, magnificent swimming pool under the olive trees, quiet typical village from 11 p.m., with local production of olive oil which has become for me the better. One downside is the access road which is narrow in places for the passage of two cars.
Propriétaire sympathique, a toujours répondu rapidement à mes demandes, maison simple mais avec tout le nécessaire, piscine magnifique sous les oliviers, petit village typique tranquille à partir de 23h, avec une production locale d'huile d'olives qui est devenue pour moi la meilleure. Un seul bémol la route d'accès qui est étroite par endroit pour le passage de deux voitures.
I spent 15 very pleasant days at the top of the Artallo district in Imperia! Yes, you have to deserve it if you are on foot, this pretty high point in the middle of the vineyards with a view of the sea and its magnificent sunrise! Very pleasant welcome from Stefania and very nice visits to Porto Maurizio or Oneglia without forgetting the surroundings which you can reach on foot, by bike, by bus or by train if you are without a car! I also enjoyed the beautiful celebration of the new olive!

Oui il faut le mériter si l'on est à pied, ce joli point haut au milieu des vignes avec vue sur la mer et ses magnifiques lever de soleil !
Accueil très agréable de Stefania et très belles visites à Porto Maurizio ou Oneglia sans oublier les alentours que vous pouvez rejoindre à pied, en vélo, en bus ou en train si vous êtes sans voiture !
J'ai profité aussi de la belle fête de l'olive nouvelle !

Splendida casa dotata di tutti i comfort con vista mare, immersa in un meraviglioso vigneto. Zona tranquillissima situata in collina, per raggiungere il mare è necessario avere l'auto. Proprietari sul posto, gentilissimi e molto discreti. Nelle vicinanze luoghi incantevoli da visitare e non distante anche la meravigliosa Costa Azzurra. Approfitto per salutare Stefania e Marino che ci hanno dato la possibilità di trascorrere una fantastica vacanza :) Grazie di cuore
Very nice place without vis-à-vis, in the middle of olive trees. Perfect for rest. The very nice pool is certainly the highlight of the rental, as well as the personality of the super warm owners who reside on the spot in another building and in all discretion.

La piscine très agréable est assurément le point fort de la location, de même que la personnalité des propriétaires hyper chaleureux qui résident sur place dans une autre bâtisse et en toute discrétion.
Ideal rental for a family or a couple of friends, very spacious. The terrace is is well equipped with a stone barbecue, garden lounge is shaded. Ideally located to be quiet with a magnificent view. The pool area is top, flowery, set back from the rental and the size of the pool is great for swimming. The owners Romano and Sara are very hospitable, available and very kind. Excellent stay.

L’espace piscine est top, fleuri, en retrait de la location et la taille de la piscine est géniale pour nager.

It was a really nice week in the renovated house and furnished with much taste and care. Excellent cleanliness and kindness of the owners Marco and Annalisa. We got to know the beautiful coastline and above all the characteristic inland towns.
E' stata una settimana veramente piacevole nella casetta ristrutturata ed arredata con molto gusto e cura. Ottima la pulizia e la gentilezza dei proprietari Marco e Annalisa. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere il bel litorale e soprattutto i caratteristici paesi dell'interno.
The studio is small, but comfortable and well equipped. Me, my husband and my daughter spent a pleasant stay. The location is very close to the sandy beach and to the typical restaurants and we also happened to attend the event "Vintage Sails " characterized by the presence of many historic boats. Interesting!
Il monolocale è piccolo, ma confortevole e ben attrezzato.
Io, mio marito e la mia bambina abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione è vicinissima alla spiaggia di sabbia ed ai ristoranti tipici e ci è capitato anche di assistere alla manifestazione "Vele d'epoca" caratterizzata dalla presenza di moltissime barche storiche. Interessante!
