Very nice accommodation that combines modern and old. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There are different seating options and the property is spacious and well fenced. The short walk across the street to the sea is unique. The communication with the landlord was flawless. The only downside is the directly adjacent main road, since the noise level is quite high. On the other side of the house, this is no longer so noisy. We really enjoyed our time and can recommend the villa with a clear conscience.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Modern und Alt miteinander vereint. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gut umzäunt.
Der kurze Fußweg über die Straße zum Meer ist einmalig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.
Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße, da der Lärmpegel doch recht hoch ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist dies nicht mehr so geräuschintensiv.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

The accommodation corresponds to the description and the pictures. There are some outdoor seating options, so you can always find a spot in the shade. The sea view is beautiful, you can't get enough of it. Only the busy coastal road is very noisy. Nevertheless, a great house, in which we would like to come back.
Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es gibt einige Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, so dass man immer einen Schattenplatz findet. Der Meerblick ist wunderschön, man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen. Lediglich die stark befahrene Küstenstraße ist sehr laut. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus, in das wir gerne wiederkommen.
We had a great family stay! The house is perfectly suited to accommodate 2 families with children. It is very functional and completely redone on the upper floors and fully air-conditioned. The whole family was able to enjoy the sea and meals outside with 2 beautiful terraces. The children really enjoyed the table football! and our adorable dog from the completely fenced park. Thank you for the welcome too, we will all keep fond memories of our holidays in Sainte Maxime.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ! La maison est tout à fait adaptée pour héberger 2 familles avec enfants. Elle est très fonctionnelle et totalement refaite dans les étages et entièrement climatisée. Toute la famille a pu profiter de la mer et des repas à l'extérieur avec 2 belles terrasses. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le babyfoot ! et notre adorable chien du parc complètement clôturé. Merci de l'accueil également, nous garderons tous un excellent souvenir de nos vacances à Sainte Maxime.

Very pleasant house facing the sea. Very well equipped to accommodate families with babies or children. A large lot with shaded corners under the pines. Just a barbecue would be great too. I recommend her and will rent her again. Beatrice

Wir konnten auch unabhängig voneinander an den gegenüberliegenden, sauberen Strand gehen oder auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick sitzen. Auf dem großen Grundstück fand sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen, was auch unserem Hund sehr gelegen kam. Den regen Verkehr der Küstenstraße tagsüber und auch in den Abend- und Morgenstunden hört man -je nachdem, wo man sich auf dem Grundstück befindet-, godings steht das Haus etwas erhöht und die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, so dass man auch die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten kann. Man hat einen gigantischen Meerblick von fast allen Zimmern aus.

Very nice apartment extremely clean and well located. The owner really wants you to have a good stay, fruit basket, juice and water on arrival. The only drawback is the swimming pool where deckchairs are prohibited. Sitting on the concrete and without shade, it is difficult to stay there for long. To compensate, there is a very beautiful beach nearby with 2 restaurants/bars/deckchairs (special mention for the Maïva).
Très bel appartement extrêmement propre et bien situé. La propriétaire tient vraiment à ce que vous passiez un bon séjour, corbeille de fruits, jus et eau à l'arrivée. Le seul inconvénient est la piscine où les transats sont interdits. Assis sur le béton et sans ombre, il est difficile d'y rester longtemps. Pour compenser, il y a une très belle plage à proximité avec 2 restaurants/bar/transats (mention spéciale pour le Maïva).
We were greeted very friendly upon arrival by the landlady (if French wasn't enough, conversation in English was no problem), who greeted us with a great fruit basket (even with pineapple) and various fruit juices as a welcome gift. Everything about the apartment was explained to us in detail and our questions were answered in a friendly manner. The apartment is in a really great location close to the beach (a few minutes walk to a really nice sandy beach; in some guidebooks we can confirm that it's one of the nicest in the area) with a nice sea view from the balcony. It was a bit "annoying" to fill out the inventory list, in which everything that was provided in the apartment should be recorded down to the individual small spoon. The apartment is well equipped, nothing was missing in the kitchen and everything was very clean (the landlady attaches great importance to this). The bedrooms and bathroom are a bit cramped, but that's no surprise once you've read the apartment description and noted the size of the apartment (we found it worth the small size for the 2 bedrooms). positive is to be emphasizedthe separate toilet. You have to pay extra for towels and bed linen (this can also be found in the description), the price of 100 EUR (2 weeks for 4 people; no change during this time) we found a bit expensive (but taking it from home was not an option). The WLAN had some connection problems in the afternoon/evening, which is probably due to the "peak usage" in the entire holiday apartment complex at these times. Despite one or the other restriction, we enjoyed the holiday very much, not least the great location contributed to this and overall we felt very comfortable in the apartment and can therefore recommend it to others. Dear Mrs. N., thank you again for your warmth and hospitality.
Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen (wenn das Französisch mal nicht gereicht hat war Unterhaltung auf Englisch kein Problem), die uns mit einem tollen Obstkorb (sogar mit Ananas) und verschiedenen Fruchtsäften als Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt hat. Uns wurde alles die Wohnung betreffende ausführlich erklärt und unsere Fragen freundlich beantwortet. Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich tolle Lage in Strandnähe (wenige Gehminuten bis zu einem wirklich schönen Sandstrand; in einigen Reiseführern als einer der schönsten in der Umgebung ausgewiesen, können wir bestätigen) mit schönem Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Etwas "nervig" war das Ausfüllen der Bestandsliste, in der bis zum einzelnen kleinen Löffel alles erfasst werden sollte, was in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt und alles sehr sauber (die Vermieterin legt darauf sehr viel Wert). Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind etwas beengt, aber keine Überraschung, wenn man die Wohnungsbeschreibung gelesen und die Wohnungsgröße registriert hat (uns war es aber die Enge wert, dafür zwei Schlafzimmer zu haben). Positiv hervorzuheben ist das separate WC. Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man extra zahlen (auch das ist der Beschreibung zu entnehmen), den Preis von 100 EUR (2 Wochen für 4 Personen; kein Wechsel in dieser Zeit) fanden wir etwas teuer (aber Mitnehmen von zuhause war keine Alternative). Das WLAN hatte am Nachmittag/Abend einige Verbindungsprobleme, was wohl auf die "Nutzungsspitzen" in der gesamten Ferienwohnungsanlage zu diesen Zeiten zurück zu führen ist. Trotz der ein oder anderen Einschränkung haben wir den Urlaub aber sehr genossen, nicht zuletzt die tolle Lage hat dazu beigetragen und wir haben uns in Summe in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese daher durchaus weiter empfehlen.
