Perfect location, everything is nearby and this in a very quiet place. The only downside is the lack of wifi. When you have to have access to emails or be able to stay in touch with the family, it's difficult. Perfect environment for family with child. In the rental all the necessary equipment is present. Recommended without hesitation.

Le seul petit bémol est l'absence d'un wifi. Lorsque l'on doit avoir accès aux mails ou pouvoir rester en contact avec la famille cela est difficile.

The small downside is the day of departure obligation to hurry to clean up after tenants leave because already there at 9:30 while the rental has started 14h. I highly recommend this villa and it will be a pleasure to return.
Location très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Propriétaire très sympathique. Le plus, pas besoin de prendre la voiture le temps de location, tout à proximité. Des voisins fort sympathique avec dégustation de cagoulade catalane, un grand merci a eux. Le petit bémol c'est le jour du départ obligation de se dépêcher de nettoyer pour partir car locataires d'après déjà là à 9h30 alors que la location ne commence qu'a 14h. Je recommande vivement cette villa et cela sera un plaisir d'y revenir.

The house is situated within walking distance of both the beach and the shops and restaurants and close to a hyper-supermarket (hyper Casino). We will be back!

For starters, the communication with the owner was very nice before entering the property. The contract is clear, well described with sufficient precision and other lease terms are reasonable. The owner made sure to give us the keys and we presented the house itself. The house is located in a very quiet but close to the beach and a few shops which allow, if desired neighborhood, forget the car a few days. Far from the stereotypical rentals offered by many agencies, there is everything you could possibly need, tableware sufficiency, staples, reading, games ... The building is spacious and pleasant, as the garden. A very nice place for family vacation. The neighborhood is also very welcoming and friendly, which helped to make even more happy holiday.
Pour commencer, la communication avec le propriétaire a été très agréable avant de conclure la location. Le contrat est clair, décrit le bien avec suffisamment de précision et les autres conditions de location sont raisonnables.
Le propriétaire a veillé à nous remettre les clefs et nous a présenté la maison lui-même.
La maison est située dans un quartier très calme mais proche de la plage et de quelques commerces qui permettent, si on le désire, d'oublier la voiture quelques jours.
Loin des locations stéréotypées offertes par de nombreuses agences, on y trouve tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, vaisselle en suffisance, produits de première nécessité, lecture, jeux de société...
Le bâtiment est spacieux et agréable, comme le jardin.
Un très beau lieu pour des vacances en famille.
Le voisinage est aussi très accueillant et très sympathique, ce qui a contribué à rendre les vacances encore plus heureuses.
Very welcoming home, tastefully furnished and fully all the necessary useful for a great holiday. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice (thank you Guy) and ready to help. I would recommend this rental to a family with children or animals. It fits perfectly. A big thank you to Andrew who was perfectly welcomed us and took the time to contact us to see if everything went well. Close to shops and the sea, I recommend this property for those who want to enjoy a great holiday.

The rental was in line with our expectations and even more. The staples were at our disposal. Unlike many other locations. We felt like there is here. Have been received as if we were family. La location était conforme à notre attente et même bien plus. Les produits de première nécessité étaient à notre disposition. Contrairement à bien d'autres locations. On s'y est senti comme chez nous.
Avons été reçu comme si nous étions des membres de la famille.
Quant au voisin qui faisait la liaison entre le loueur et nous, celui-ci et son épouse ont été formidables d'attentions.
Si nous devons revenir dans cette région nous savons où se trouve une oasis accueillante.

For the second consecutive year, we spend a holiday in this house, our satisfaction is always high. The owner is very friendly, the neighbors are nice etc.. In short, the home and the environment meets all the needs for a relaxing vacation well successful. For our next vacation choice is already made.

For the rest had a fantastic holiday, if you have a car, there is quite a bit to see over there in the area .. even Barcelona's only one 2tal hours away!

Het enige minpuntje is misschien het tijdsstip( September) is werkelijk alles ginder gedaan, wat betreft recreatie..
Voor de rest superleuke vakantie gehad, indien je een auto hebt is er best nog wat te zien ginder in de omgeving..zelfs Barcelona is maar een 2tal uurtjes rijden!
