Saint Raphaël, 2-room flat in town center, beach at 250m, terrace with beautiful panoramic view, 5th floor with lift, closed car box with access by lift, efficient public transport (Saint Raphaël-Valescure railway station, bus at walking distance, Nice airport at 60 km with direct buses).
Recently built flat, entirely new furniture, high quality decoration, separate kitchen and WC.
Very comfortable, with air conditioning, queen size bed (160cm) in bedroom, very comfortable sofa bed in living room, folding bed and highchair for baby, TV 81cm and DVD reader in the living room, TV 66cm in the bedroom, internet connection, WIFI.
Situated in the “gold triangle” of Saint Raphaël, a very vibrant town for everyone, all facilities (beach, station, markets, harbor, casino, supermarkets, restaurants and bars) at walking distance from the flat. Car not necessary. Easy and carefree vacation!
Smokers are kindly requested not to smoke inside the flat.
