We had a very good stay in this beautiful apartment, facing the sea. The terrace is very well exposed, and offers good times in the sun. Thanks to Patrick and Marie for their availability. We recommend this rental, and will return with pleasure.

A top-notch welcome whether for booking or arrival on site. A reserved parking space. Having a vehicle to get around is recommended.

We have been renting this studio for 3 years now. This accommodation is perfectly maintained and immaculately clean as new! Renovations are regularly carried out. Cela fait maintenant 3 ans que nous louons ce studio. Cet hébergement est parfaitement entretenu et d’une propreté impeccable comme neuf ! Des rénovations y sont régulièrement effectuées. We spent a pleasant week of vacation in this comfortable apartment: air conditioning, equipment, sublime view of the sea and swimming pool. The pluses: very quiet location minimarket and restaurant bar at the bottom of the building, beach and center very close. The landlords are very available and accommodating. I recommend 200% and we will come back with great pleasure. THANKS.

Great stay in a magnificent residence with swimming pool and a panoramic view of Rosas! The residence is very well located in the heights of Rosas, 5 min to get to the beach/town centre. The residence is quiet and very pleasant for a couple or family stay! I recommend 100%!!!!

We really had 10 nice days. Rarely have we experienced such a well maintained and equipped apartment. In addition to sufficient cooking utensils, clothes hangers and clothes pegs, there was a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a plancha on the balcony, which we often used. You can tell in every corner that someone has thought about what you need to feel good. The description of the apartment does not do it justice. The lower floor offers self-contained air conditioning, a spacious shower and end-to-end balconies off the bedrooms. The furniture is modern, simple and tasteful. The car park can be secured with a bollard and the amazing view of the Bay of Roses is breathtaking. And all this for a really good price!! The conversation with the landlady and the agent was excellent and a day later we had our deposit back. We gave it 5 stars!!! Even if we would have been happy about WLAN?. Thank you very much....we will definitely be back.
Wir hatten wirklich 10 schöne Tage. Selten haben wir eine so gut gepflegte und ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Neben ausreichend Kochuntensilien, Kleiderbügeln und Wäscheklammern, gab es eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, sowie einen Plancha auf dem Balkon, den wir öfteren Betrieb hatten. Man merkt in jeder Ecke, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung wird ihr nicht gerecht. Die untere Etage bietet eine eigenständige Klimaanlage, eine großzügige Dusche und an den Schlafzimmer einen durchgehenden Balkon. Das Mobiliar ist modern, schlicht und geschmackvoll. Der Parkplatz kann mit einem Poller gesichert werden und der wahnsinns Ausblick auf die Bucht von Roses ist atemberaubend. Und das alles zu einem wirklich guten Preis!! Die Konversation zur Vermieterin, sowie zum Vermittler war exzellent und einen Tag später hatten wir unsere Kaution zurück.Von uns gibts 5 Sterne!!! Auch wenn wir uns über WLAN gefreut hätten😉.Vielen Dank....wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
