All amenities nearby and mini bus in front of the residence to go to Menton or Monaco. Practical when he respects his schedule (rare) or completely forgets to stop by.
Pretty studio as advertised, clean, very well equipped and air-conditioned. Rental more suitable for young people than seniors (indoor dining table on high stools, fortunately a normal dining table is located on the terrace), and above all, as already reported by an occupant in 2018 on this site, a sofa bed that is not at all comfortable despite the mattress topper, requiring a lot of grip to handle it, and requiring you to push the heavy glass table in the living room to unfold it). A deckchair on the terrace would be appreciated.
