Pretty studio as advertised, clean, very well equipped and air-conditioned. Rental more suitable for young people than seniors (indoor dining table on high stools, fortunately a normal dining table is located on the terrace), and above all, as already reported by an occupant in 2018 on this site, a sofa bed that is not at all comfortable despite the mattress topper, requiring a lot of grip to handle it, and requiring you to push the heavy glass table in the living room to unfold it). A deckchair on the terrace would be appreciated.

Voilà plusieurs fois que nous fréquentons cette résidence en location, après avoir été propriétaire il y a longtemps. Résidence de standing, très bien entretenue et offrant une vue sans pareil sur la baie de Menton et la Riviera italienne. Petite piscine sympathique. Il faudra supporter le bruit quasi incessant de la circulation de motos, scooters et autres engins à deux roues. En bref, l'image oui, le son, non !
Toutes commodités à proximité et mini bus en face de la résidence pour aller à Menton ou Monaco. Pratique quand il respecte ses horaires ( rare) ou oublie carrément de passer.
Studio coquet conforme à l'annonce, propre, très bien équipé et climatisé. Location convenant plutôt à des jeunes qu'à des seniors (table à manger intérieure sur hauts tabourets, heureusement qu'une table à manger normale est située sur la terrasse) , et surtout , comme déjà signalé par un occupant en 2018 sur ce site, un canapé lit pas du tout confortable malgré le surmatelas , demandant de la poigne pour le manipuler, et obligeant à pousser la lourde table en verre du salon pour le déplier). Un transat sur la terrasse serait apprécié.
Sinon bon séjour. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le studio est top, très bien aménagé, très propre et décoré avec bcp de goût. Nous remercions de tout cœur les propriétaires qui ont été super sympa avec nous. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner. Le studio a une terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la piscine et sur la mer. Superbe studio, bien équipé, spacieux, très propre avec à disposition une place de parking au pied de la résidence et arrêt de bus à la sortie de la résidence.
Environnement calme, bien situé, commerces de proximité.
L'accueil des propriétaires, cordial, sympathique a été parfait, rien ne manquait: corbeille de fruits, bonbons, côté pratique:draps ,serviettes et cerise sur le gâteau: la vue, absolument magnifique.
On ne s'est pas lassé d'admirer la baie de Menton durant notre séjour.

We had a great week in Roquebrune. The apartment was in line with our expectations and spotlessly clean! The magnificent view, the decor very tasteful and harmonious. Reception very friendly with small very touching attentions (fruit basket, bottle of fresh water, soap and shower gel .....) One complaint the days are not 24 hours over there .... they are much less, so this week passed quickly :-))! Go there with confidence !!!
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Roquebrune. L'appartement était conforme à nos attentes et d'une propreté irréprochable ! La vue magnifique, la décoration de très bon gout et harmonieuse. L'accueil très sympathique avec des petites attentions très touchantes (corbeille de fruits, bouteille d'eau fraiche, savon et gel douche.....) Un seul reproche les journées ne font pas 24 heures là bas....elles font beaucoup moins, tellement cette semaine est passée vite :-)) !
Allez y les yeux fermés !!!
