Comfortable and well equipped house.
Transient road and a bit noisy but we had a great holiday.
I recommend this rental.
The owner is very friendly and very helpful.
Only small flat, a lot of traffic on the street that passes in front of the house.
Nevertheless, address to keep.
Upon entering, upon arrival, it smells clean, everything seems new, and a delicious Basque cake is offered as a welcome.
Over the days we realize that nothing is missing in the various utensils and household appliances made available by the owner.
This one is an excellent ambassador of the Basque Country giving us multiple tips on the corners to visit.
For those who like the beach, it is only two minutes by foot using the passage under the departmental road.
Those who love the walks will be served with the coastal path that runs along the coast.
We usually change our region each year to visit all corners of France, but it is a hiring in which we would return with great pleasure.

Old house, occupied for part by tenants in the year but have a separate entrance, recently renovated with two good sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a very correcte.Le bathroom living room is a little small but well equipped.
Friendly welcome with products of the region. Owner close but discreet.
Positive: a place to park (essential in this area in season).
Add the large terrace and manicured lawn, a place on the property to park his car
In summary: Great; All cleaning products are also provided.
At night you hear the sound of the nearby ocean; the day of the Year, the owner came to us presenting his wishes and it was nice to talk to her.
Do not forget the neighbor Mr Roger sociable and helpful at will.
A highlight, Ms. Bonney's discretion which must be proud of renting such a house renovated with large kitchen, fast internet connection, our son was able to follow his work for our vacation spot
in short, everything perfect ... I highly recommend this property that is worth to 1000kms

The reception of Martine, the owner, is very warm. The house extremely clean, very nice and tastefully decorated. Everything inside is brand new, the appliances and dishes are in perfect condition and nothing is missing.
A highlight: the house is a 10-minute walk from the ocean and the beach and 15 minutes drive from a major shopping center for the races.
For visits, St Jean de Luz, Biarritz ... and the Pyrenees are all close (Espelette, St Jean Pied de Port ...) not need much ride to discover beautiful landscapes.
In three words: that happiness!

Couple with two children aged 7 and 8 years who feasted.
The beach is right next as shown.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The house is located in a quiet area. The house is spacious, the living area is nice with its internet connection, DVD's, magazines and its a nice little library.
A very comfortable corner seat for reading. The house is spotlessly clean. A nice little garden terrace.
What happiness for a week's holiday full of good memories. Do not worry about time, we suffered extreme heat but the house is very well organized to be able to evolve without stepping over completely relaxed.
We promised and we will keep this promise: we will return.
Martine house is very nice, comfortable, well maintained, small terrace not overlooked allowed us to take our breakfast and lunch in the sun with a little air from the ocean. Bidart beaches are beautiful. So much to see that two weeks have seemed too short.
