Hard to describe the feeling of comfort and tranquility that this place manages to infuse: Salento stone where it covers the structure blends in harmoniously with the surrounding environment, the well-tended garden, rich in Mediterranean plants of all types, offers enchanting corners, the wooden porch with sea view and barbecue environment is perfect for romantic dinners at sunset, the rooftop terrace is also ideal as solarium and the artistic fountain with its roaring water morning is the best alarm clock you could wish for.
The house is equipped with every comfort, very clean and fresh (never draws a need to turn on the air conditioning).
Although there are other houses nearby, l`ambiente is silent, the fence with stone walls provide the right privacy and robust outer grilles in each door and window ensures peaceful night's rest lulled by the singing of cicadas.
The strategic position where is located the house, around the corner from Leuca, within easy reach,by Seaside or the Provincial Road, the most beautiful beaches of Salento (all with ample parking) and the main towns; on the coast, then, it is a very good restaurant (also accessible on foot in a few minutes), particularly renowned for dishes based on fish (to be tested).
Priceless then the availability of the owners Mr Antonio and Marcella, that we take the occasion to thank; two exceptional people, who immediately went to great lengths to make us feel at ease with their warmth and kindness.
In short, a great holiday, definitely worth repeating, ideal for families with children but also for couples or anyone who wants to spend a period of peace and quiet in a very unique place.

A practical double bathroom outside plus a shower for when you return from the sea, make this property the perfect combination to enjoy the best of these wonderful places. Do not underestimate the strategic position where it is located close to all the resorts in the area.
To complete this review I would like to thank the owners Mr. and Mr. ANTONIO MARCELLA lovely people, always available that have helped us to enjoy a magical place. Definitely an experience to repeat for our family and for all those seeking tranquility and a wonderful sea. Our wish and 'GOOD graces and next year !!!!

We found it 'we wanted and we rented for 3 weeks in the fall (2015).
The friendly reception in the late evening of Anthony and Marcella, the house very clean, well-kept garden and quiet all around, wonderful views and fantastic sunsets from the terrace, everything was perfect.
This house is ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.
A few minutes drive you can get either Leuca, it is one of the many beautiful beaches of Puglia.
We can only recommend this house to spend your holidays.

I would certainly recommend this holiday home to other people.
Fabulous location overlooking the sea and immersed in the beautiful garden that surrounds the house.
Convenient to Leuca and the famous beaches of the Maldives of Salento and well connected to other areas of Gallipoli and Salento must-visit.
Owners: exquisite people available and very kind.
Expectations are greater than those that one can imagine.
Definitely recommended.
If I go back in Salento riprenoterei no doubt on this property 10 and praise.
The interior is comfortable, functional and nothing is missing. Upon our arrival the owners, Antonio and Marcella, they did find everything spotlessly clean and were always very polite and discreet.
The exterior of the house is very large and well kept, there are beautiful flowers and lush plants.
The house is well cared for in every detail.
For the first time I found a new washing machine 5 Kg.
There are two bathrooms, one outside well-tended, and a third outdoor shower, very convenient to wash after returning from the beach.
For those who love nature and tranquility it is an oasis of peace and relaxation.

Surely we will return, primarily through its peaceful location, nestled in the green countryside of Salento, close to Leuca and the beautiful sea.

After a day on the beautiful nearby beaches or visit some famous places, you can return to enjoy dinner on the terrace. A corner of paradise that I recommend to couples and families with children. Thanks Anthony and Marcella for hospitality.
