Pretty studio as advertised, clean, very well equipped and air-conditioned. Rental more suitable for young people than seniors (indoor dining table on high stools, fortunately a normal dining table is located on the terrace), and above all, as already reported by an occupant in 2018 on this site, a sofa bed that is not at all comfortable despite the mattress topper, requiring a lot of grip to handle it, and requiring you to push the heavy glass table in the living room to unfold it). A deckchair on the terrace would be appreciated.

Voilà plusieurs fois que nous fréquentons cette résidence en location, après avoir été propriétaire il y a longtemps. Résidence de standing, très bien entretenue et offrant une vue sans pareil sur la baie de Menton et la Riviera italienne. Petite piscine sympathique. Il faudra supporter le bruit quasi incessant de la circulation de motos, scooters et autres engins à deux roues. En bref, l'image oui, le son, non !
Toutes commodités à proximité et mini bus en face de la résidence pour aller à Menton ou Monaco. Pratique quand il respecte ses horaires ( rare) ou oublie carrément de passer.
Studio coquet conforme à l'annonce, propre, très bien équipé et climatisé. Location convenant plutôt à des jeunes qu'à des seniors (table à manger intérieure sur hauts tabourets, heureusement qu'une table à manger normale est située sur la terrasse) , et surtout , comme déjà signalé par un occupant en 2018 sur ce site, un canapé lit pas du tout confortable malgré le surmatelas , demandant de la poigne pour le manipuler, et obligeant à pousser la lourde table en verre du salon pour le déplier). Un transat sur la terrasse serait apprécié.
Sinon bon séjour. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires.
Bon plan pour quelques jours de vacances au soleil.

The apartment was superb, very clean, friendly and above all functional for a family! The outdoor terrace is really a plus for having a good time together. L'appartement était superbe, très propre, conviviale et surtout fonctionnel pour une famille ! La terrasse extérieure est vraiment un plus pour passer du bon temps tous ensemble. Les propriétaires sont très sympas avec une très bonne communication. De plus, la gestionnaire du bien (Karine) est très sympa aussi et reste disponible pour toute demande. Very pleasant apartment overlooking the garden, with barbecue. The interior is clear and well maintained, nothing is missing. Garden furniture for eating outside, in addition to the interior. The kitchen is well equipped and the necessary is present. The rooms have good quality bedding and are very clean. In addition , I appreciated being able to park my car on the property , and not on the street . Especially since if you want to stay in Antibes, everything is nearby (10 mins walk). Similarly for the train station, the TER allow you to go to Cannes, Nice, Monaco quickly without any problem. Sure, I will return to this rental.
Appartement très agréable donnant sur le jardin , avec barbecue . L'intérieur est clair et bien entretenu , rien ne manque . Salon de jardin pour manger dehors , en plus de l'intérieur . La cuisine est bien équipée et le nécessaire est présent .
Les chambres ont une literie de bonne qualité et très propre .
En plus , j'ai apprécié du pouvoir stationner ma voiture dans la propriété , et non dans la rue . Surtout que si 'l'on veut rester sur Antibes , tout est à proximité ( 10 mn à pied ) . De même pour la gare SNCF , les TER permettent d'aller sur Cannes , Nice , Monaco rapidement sans aucun problème .
Sûr , je reviendrai dans cette location .
Really nice house equipped with everything you need to have a nice holiday. The location of the accommodation is exceptional on the ground floor of an ancient building with adjoining private park, facing the seafront of Menton. The private parking, located in a side street, is also convenient. The owner was very helpful and kind. The only negative note but that does not depend on the house or the owner: the other tenants of the building recommended us not to let the children play in the garden of the building even in the paths and near the benches as they could disturb.
Casa veramente bella e fornita di tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza. La posizione dell'alloggio è eccezionale a piano terra di un palazzo antico con parco privato annesso, di fronte al lungo mare di Mentone.
Anche il parcheggio privato, posizionato in una via laterale, è comodo. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile.
Unica nota negativa ma che non dipende né dalla casa né dalla proprietaria: gli altri inquilini del palazzo ci hanno raccomandato di non far giocare i bambini nel giardino del palazzo nemmeno nei vialetti e in prossimità delle panchine in quanto avrebbero potuto disturbare.
