Very warm welcome, and very clean house. Pleasant terrace, even in December.
I recommend (except on dates where we hope to re-rent at the end of the year)
Access to the tennis court was a plus for our children.
It remains to renovate the heating system and sanitary facilities.
The parking arrangements are not simple.
The house does not have air conditioning and so the main room deserves curtains to mitigate obscure the sun.
After worries of boiler and septic tank the stay went well.
