It is the fifth time we have returned to the island of Elba, so we know the place and love it. But I must say that we leave this year with particular nostalgia. Mrs. Daniela and her entire family were always available and hospitable, but never intrusive or out of place. I found the location more beautiful than I expected, immersed in a corner of uncontaminated greenery, in contact with nature and the animals that my 4-year-old daughter and I adore. My dog Fiona was welcomed as a member of the family and she too was free to live peacefully and freely for 10 days. I am almost certain that we will return with joy next year.
È la quinta volta che torniamo all isola d'Elba, quindi conosciamo il posto e lo amiamo. Ma devo dire che quest anno lo lasciamo con particolare nostalgia. La signora Daniela e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e ospitali, ma mai invadenti o fuori luogo. La location l ho trovata più bella di quello che mi aspettavo, immersa in un angolo di verde incontaminato, a contatto con la natura e gli animali che io e mia figlia di 4 anni adoriamo. La mia cagnolina Fiona è stata accolta come un membro della famiglia e anche lei è stata per 10 gg libera di vivere serena e in libertà.
Sono quasi certa che l anno prossimo torneremo con gioia.
Quiet location in the middle of nature, the house is very comfortable and equipped, helpful owners, the sea is quite close. I would happily stay here again. Thank you

The house is surrounded by greenery, a very quiet place. Mrs. Daniela was very kind and helpful as well as her husband who gave us excellent information to visit this wonderful island. We really hope to return.
La casa è immersa nel verde, un luogo tranquillissimo. La signora Daniela è stata gentilissima e disponibile così come il marito che ci ha dato delle ottime informazioni per visitare questa meravigliosa isola. Speriamo tanto di ritornarci.
House perfectly responsive to expectations, with every comfort, very accurate and clean, very close to the ferries and connecting roads throughout the island. The center of Portoferraio can be reached with a comfortable walk. A few meters from the house an excellent pizzeria (also take away) open from early morning until 10 pm.
Casa perfettamente rispondente alle aspettative, con ogni confort, molto curata nei particolari e pulita,
vicinissima ai traghetti e alle vie di collegamento in tutta l'isola. Il centro di Portoferraio si raggiunge con una comoda passeggiata. A pochi metri dalla casa un'ottima panetteria pizzeria (anche da asporto ) aperta dal mattino presto fino alle 22.
I stayed a week in this apartment with my family. It is an apartment in the open countryside but very close to the sea. The nearest beach is about 500 meters away, it is not the most beautiful of the island but always pleasant. POSITIVE: convenient location if you intend to move to visit the beaches, good reception, very friendly people. The children have a lot of fun and are free to move without any danger. NEGATIVE: if you look for the comfort of a comfortable home to not touch the car this is not good because for anything to be taken.

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. E' un appartamento in aperta campagna ma molto vicino al mare. La spiaggia più vicina dista circa 500 metri, non è la più bella dell'isola ma sempre piacevole.
POSITIVO: comoda la posizione se si ha intenzione di spostarsi per visitare le spiagge, buona accoglienza, persone molto cordiali. I bambini si divertono molto e sono liberi di muoversi senza alcun pericolo.
NEGATIVO: se si cerca la comodità di una casa comoda per non toccare l'auto questa non va bene perché per qualsiasi cosa va presa.

Holiday made perfect by the property, very relaxing, full of everything to make your stay very comfortable. Fully satisfied enough to go back there for my next vacation ... !! Located in the historic center in Portoferraio just steps from the beach and the beach of the Ghiaie views. Vacanza resa perfetta da questa struttura, molto rilassante, completa di ogni cosa per rendere il soggiorno molto confortevole. Pienamente soddisfatta tanto da tornarci per le mie prossime vacanze...!! Situato nel centro storico a Portoferraio a due passi dalla spiaggia delle Ghiaie e dalla spiaggia delle Viste. Siamo stati veramente soddisfatti, per non parlare poi dei proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per tutto, Grazie ancora a Lilia e Gianni per aver reso questa vacanza indimenticabile!
Situated in a very quiet house very clean and well equipped. Very friendly owner did not hesitate to share with us the harvest of his garden. We suffered a little mosquitoes.

A Beautiful home with an incredible view, within walking distance of the Rio nell'Alba town's main square. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well equipped - all the necessities of home have been thought of.
Very quiet and relaxing with great walking trails nearby, as well as a decent bakery and little shops in town. The owners were superb and their rustic artistic touches made this place truly special.
A great opportunity to experience the real isola d'Elba.

Super welcome from the person in charge of cleaning and reception, the accommodation conforms to the description, it is in a small street with no vehicle traffic which makes it pleasant. Please note that the parking spaces nearby are few (not there are any!) and difficult to access for large vehicles and for those who are not used to it. On the accommodation, one element could easily be improved: there is no microwave oven, I think that would be a plus. The people of the village are very welcoming, we had a great stay there! THANKS !
Super accueil de la personne en charge du ménage et de l'accueil, le logement est conforme à la description, il est dans une petite rue sans circulation de véhicule ce qui le rend agréable. Attention les places de stationnement à proximité sont peu nombreuses ( pas il y en a !) et difficile d'accès pour les gros véhicules et pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude. Sur le logement, un élément pourrait être amélioré facilement : il n'y a pas de four micro-ondes, je pense que ça serait un plus. Les personnes du village sont très accueillantes, nous y avons passé un super séjour ! Merci !
Accommodation conforms to expectations. Splendid panorama, absolute silence and very close to Marina di Campo. Car or motorbike is necessary but in a few minutes you can reach all the other places on Elba and the most famous beaches. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation upon delivery. Alloggio conforme alle aspettative. Splendido panorama, silenzio assoluto e vicinissimo a Marina di Campo. Necessaria l'auto o la moto ma in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le altre località dell'Elba e le spiagge più rinomate. Alloggio molto ben attrezzato e pulitissimo alla consegna. We stayed with my family in this structure, unfortunately, for only one week from 04/09/2022 to 11/09/2022. Wonderful place just 5 minutes from the beach of Marina di Campo, also convenient for the location to go to the other beaches of the wonderful island. Splendid view both day and night, shady place where I believe you can breathe very well even when the temperatures are higher. Friendliness, kindness and seriousness both of the owner and that of the lady who takes care of the cleaning. Thanks for everything, we were very, very satisfied.
Siamo stati con la mia famiglia in questa struttura, purtroppo, per una sola settimana dal 04/09/2022 al 11/09/2022. Posto meraviglioso a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Marina di Campo, comoda inoltre la posizione per recarsi nelle altre spiagge della meravigliosa isola. Visuale splendida sia di giorno che di notte, posto ombreggiato dove credo si possa respirare molto bene anche quando le temperature sono più elevate. Cordialità, gentilezza e serietà sia della proprietaria e che della sig.ra che si occupa delle pulizie. Grazie di tutto, siamo stati molto, molto soddisfatti.
