This house is a real gem. Each room is super well arranged. And the terrace with its large table and the garden furniture... magnificent. We had a great family vacation there.

Top rental! We had a very nice week of vacation. The accommodation is located in a very quiet secure residence close to all amenities, no need to take your vehicle. Very well equipped studio, nothing is missing, new equipment, good bedding. And the best thing is to have a closed garage for your car, especially in the summer when places are limited. Very clean swimming pool, supervised. In short, everything is good.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances. Le logement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée très calme proche de toutes commodités, pas besoin de prendre son véhicule.
Studio très bien équipé il ne manque rien, matériel neuf, bonne literie. Et le top est d'avoir un garage fermé pour sa voiture surtout en période estivale ou les places sont limitées.
Piscine très propre, surveillée.. Bref tout est bien.
Very nice little holiday home. Well equipped (also with dishwasher, washing machine, bed linen and towels) and clean. Our sons (2 and 5 years old) felt very comfortable. However, it gets very warm on the mezzanine. This was okay in September, in midsummer sleeping here will only be possible with air conditioning, which is available.
Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus. Gut ausgestattet (auch mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche und Handtücher) und sauber. Unsere Söhne (2 und 5 Jahre alt) haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Im Zwischengeschoss wird es jedoch sehr warm. Dies war im September okay, im Hochsommer wird das Schlafen hier nur mit Klimaanlage möglich sein, die vorhanden ist.

Very nice apartment, fully furnished and 2 fans. We didn't miss anything at all in the apartment and it was very clean. Within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants, you hardly needed a car. Nice garden with sufficient privacy. Despite the language barrier, I was still able to communicate well with the landlords. Received a very friendly welcome and everything was well explained. I would definitely recommend the apartment to other landlords.
Zeer fijn appartement, volledig ingericht en 2 ventilatoren. We hebben helemaal niks gemist in het appartement en het was erg schoon. Op loopafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants de auto bijna niet nodig gehad. Fijn tuintje met voldoende privacy. Ondanks de taal barrière toch goed kunnen communiceren met de verhuurders. Erg vriendelijk ontvangen en alles goed uitgelegd. Ik zou het appartement zeker adviseren aan andere andere verhuurders.
Great location and very welcoming owner. The rental is well located about 15' walk from the beach and the center, more than enough space for 3 with very pleasant air conditioning in this heatwave. I will return there with great pleasure.

A great welcome! A very friendly owner A very well equipped house, very functional, ideal with our two young children. The sea is really not very far and we walk far with the children and in addition it is supervised.

Une maison très bien équipée, très fonctionnelle, idéale avec nos deux enfants en bas âge.
La mer est vraiment pas très loin et on a pied loin avec les enfants et en plus elle est surveillée.
The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the beach and shops: restaurants, butcher, bakery? The accommodation was very clean and above all very well equipped. We had a very good stay in this apartment. It is comfortable, functional, clean and well equipped, its location is ideal (5 minutes walk from the sea and local shops). The shaded terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, is spacious and very pleasant. The residence is very quiet and well maintained, the swimming pool a real plus. The person in charge of giving us the keys is adorable and very available, we appreciated his responsiveness to meet our needs. For the 3 and a half weeks, the rental price remains reasonable and the owner listens to her tenants. The welcome bottle is also a pleasure. I recommend this rental and would not hesitate to come back if I plan to return to Cap d'Agde
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.
Il est confortable, fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal (5 minutes à pied de la mer et des commerces de proximité).
La terrasse ombragée, avec vue sur la piscine, est spacieuse et très agréable.
La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue, la piscine un vrai plus.
La personne chargée de nous remettre les clés est adorable et très disponible, nous avons apprécié sa réactivité pour répondre à nos besoins.
Pour les 3 semaines et demi, le prix de la location reste raisonnable et la propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses locataires.
La bouteille de bienvenue fait bien plaisir également.
Je recommande cette location et n'hésiterais pas à y revenir si je projette de revenir au Cap d'Agde
Perfect accommodation! Well equipped, with everything needed for a week's vacation. Martine, who welcomed us, is a very pleasant and kind person who responds to the slightest problem that we might encounter. Very good communication with the owners. Very good stay. Thank you very much and see you next year I hope. The only downside is the cleaning that had been done by the tenants before us without having taken the cleaning fee and therefore succinct floor cleaning but otherwise top vacation! THANKS
