Superb house, this is the second time that we have come there at the same time. The location is really privileged, very quiet and close to everything, the children really have room to play outside in peace. 5 star reception. It really deserves to be discovered.

We had a very good stay, very happy with the rental. For 4 adults and 3 children it's perfect, very big, we are not on top of each other. A contact to keep for years to come.

Very well-kept holiday home in an ideal, quiet location directly on a small lake fed by the sea. Shops are within walking distance. Footpath to the sea via a path along the settlement without car traffic; very safe for children. The beach is very clean, incredibly long and never overcrowded, even in season.
Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, etc. Nothing is missing in the whole house. WiFi is also available at no additional cost. Very nice view of the lake from the terrace. Bedroom with comfortable beds (2x queen size, 2 x 2 single beds) with roller shutters and fans - even in midsummer the temperatures are so bearable and due to the edge location on the lake there is always a light, cooling wind. All bedrooms have a view of the water. 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet - ideal for larger families; especially the lower bathroom, which can be entered through the garage / storage room, keeps the sand out of the house.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in idealer, ruhiger Lage direkt an einem kleinen, vom Meer gespeisten See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Fußweg zum Meer über einen Weg entlang der Siedlung ohne Autoverkehr; sehr sicher für Kinder. Der Strand ist sehr sauber, unglaublich lang und auch in der Saison nie überfüllt.
Vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit reichlich Geschirr, etc. Es fehlt im ganzen Haus an nichts. Auch WLAN ist ohne Zusatzkosten verfügbar. Sehr schöner Blick von der Terrasse auf den See.
Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten (2x Queen-Size, 2 x 2 Einzelbetten) mit Rollladen und Ventilatoren - auch im Hochsommer sind die Temperaturen so erträglich und durch die Randlage am See geht eigentlich immer ein leichter, kühlender Wind. Aus allen Schlafzimmern blickt man auf Wasser.
2 Bäder mit Dusche/WC - ideal für größere Familien; insbesondere das untere, durch die Garage/Abstellraum zu betretende Bad hält den Sand aus dem Haus.

Rental consistent with the description, owner listens and very nice, very quiet and relaxing place, pleasant for couples and children. Only downside to provide anti-mosquito for the night, except we had a pleasant stay in Port-la-Nouvelle, thank you to the owner. I recommand it

A very good location, near the beach. For the apartment itself, it is very functional, everything is in a minimum of space! Hat! Only gripe in the ad it says rental for 4 people, except I think it is a bit small for 4 ... If it again, I relouerais without hesitation!
